How to connect Booqable "started order" to Shippo?

I am trying to trigger a started order in Boooqable to automating a quote in Shippo. However, I can’t get the custom field of weight to show up on the Booqable order to do so. Any tips?

Welcome to the Community.

 

To connect Booqable "Started order" to Shippo via Zapier, create a new Zap that triggers when an order is started in Booqable and creates a shipment in Shippo. Set Booqable as the trigger app with the "Started Order." Then, set Shippo as the action app with the "Create Order" event, mapping fields from Booqable, like weight, to Shippo. Test the Zap to ensure it works, then turn it on to automate the process.

Hi there, the problem is the weight field doesn’t automatically show up on and order, and I can’t get it to pull in.

Suppose you're facing an issue with the weight custom field in the Booqable to Shippo integration via Zapier. To troubleshoot this, ensure the weight field is set up in Booqable for each product and that Zapier pulls in all necessary fields. If the weight field isn't showing up in Zapier, refresh the data by clicking "Find Data" in the Booqable step. Ensure you're correctly mapping the weight field in Shippo for quote generation. Always test your Zaps after making changes.
