Unwanted multiple triggers on a zap that uses loops

I have a zap that creates an object in SAP following a checklist filled in Mela Works (a system for field operation). The filled out checklist in Mela trigger the Mela Webhook functionality.  I use a catch hook in Zapier to catch the webhook call from Mela. It looks like that each time the zap runs, it triggers three times simultaneously, leading the the generation of three objects in SAP instead of one. The webhook from Mela Works (the trigger) is calling the catch hook in zapier only once: any idea on way I get three simultaneous runs as result?The zap is 22 step long and at the end of it there is a loop iteration on some information. I do write it because I experience this repetition of runs only in zaps with loops. The two points (catch hook and lopping) should not be related. Thank for any help.Emanuele

How to access a the value of a relation data item from Notion database(s)?

SO, I have a Notion workspace that has multiple databases; in this case, a Content database which sports an item from a related database for Channels. I am trying to create a new Google Calendar entry when the Notion Content database is updated, grabbing key elements from that table and putting it in a Generate Detailed Events in Google Calendar from New Notion Database Items Zap.  This is working for elements that are native to the Content database itself, for all of them are readily available. However, in the Content database is also Channel which is related to the channel Name in the Channel database. I want to use the value of channel Name for the Google Calendar Event Description, but that value is not actually present when I look into the Data In from Content - there is only a Properties Channel value and that value is a giant hexadecimal string. Select THAT value simply puts the string in the Description, which - of course - is not what I want. I’m an utter newbie, so if doing w

Find jira issue returns empty assignee field

When we search for a Jira issue we always get an empty “Field Assignee”.We would like to use the assignee of the issue. The rest of the data is filled as expected.Anyone else having this problem or am I missing something?

'Transfer Existing Data' not loading data in Airtable

This happens for so many of my zaps. When I try to transfer existing data, it stays on this screen loading forever and doesn’t actually display any of my existing data. This zap connects 2 Airtable bases, when a new row is created in the original base, it is passed through a filter where if one of the fields equals a particular string, it is created in the destination base.

How do I integrate Pipedrive with Workiz?

I want to integrate Pipedrive with Workiz and create a "Create a Job" button. The first image shows how the button should look. When you click this button, a window with a job creation form should appear. The form is then filled out, and the data is sent to Workiz. At the same time, the data should also appear in Pipedrive. That’s it.However, I’ve been struggling with this for a long time. Initially, I wanted to connect these two applications via API. But when I tried to create the button using custom fields in Pipedrive, I realized there was no "link" field type available. Zoom Registration Email Delivery Issue

Greetings, I have a zap set up to add registrants to a Zoom meeting (https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZ0kd-CrpjsiGdarQWoAnNzkDLSm2hJmkFDR#/registration). I have confirmation email set to “true” in Zapier AND emails turned on in Zoom, but emails aren't going out to those registrants who come through the Zap.When I register directly in Zoom the emails are going out. What am I missing on the Zapier side?

Zapier-Botpress Integration

Hello. I have a sample AI chatbot/agent set up in BotPress Studio. The basic functionality of the bot is to answer queries from users about real-estate trends.Since, this is a sample bot, I have connected it to Google Sheets to fetch and send data to the users based on the menu-based options they select as responses to the bot’s questions.The flow is working perfectly in the Studio emulator.I now want to connect the bot to a messaging vendor (Twilio). To do this, I am connecting the bot to Twilio via Zapier so that when I send a message (Hey or Hi) from my personal number to the Twilio Test number, Twilio can send my texts/responses to Zapier, Zapier can send them to the bot, the bot sends back its answers to Zapier, Zapier sends these answers to Twilio, and then finally Twilio sends these answers back to my personal number.The issue I am facing is that while setting up the Zap, i am successfully able to test that the Zapier webhook is sending the test message (Hey) from Twilio to my b

Jira no longer is passing along all fields to parse who is assigned

We used to assign tickets in ConnectWise by pulling the “Fields Assignee Email Address”. This and many other fields have disappeared from the data received by Zapier. there is hardly any information included. How do I troubleshoot this loss of data?

Hi all,I am trying to write zap for my organization . I have created lease related in app in podio ,it has field called broker fees deadline. On change of that field (only) i want to create google task. I am trying to achieve this throug hwebhook sharing screeenshot here for both workflow autoamtion and zapier. How do I embed Zapier and test the OAuth flow locally? I don’t want to create an Integration.

I’m building a SaaS app that will provide AI agents. I want to connect my AI agents with Zapier AI Actions so that the agents can perform actions, such as book an event in Google Calendar.I was going to implement the OAuth flow and test it locally, bit it requires an App Client Id which can only be obtained after publishing the app.This seems a bit counterintuitive – how can I publish the app without even testing it locally?Now, to publish the app (i.e., Integration) I need 3 users with live Zaps, etc. This is also confusing because I don’t even want to create an Integration. That is, I don’t want users of Zapier to call my APIs. I want my end customers to use Zapier via my app.It seems like there’s no way to “embed” Zapier without creating an Integration first? Why is that? Is Zapier not the right fit for my needs?

Update a variable from an API call on a Loop

I have a Zap, which contains a loop that calls a sub-zap on each iteration.  The sub-zap contains an API call that returns some results along with a ´nextCursorMark´ variable. In order to loop through all my results, I need to make the subsequent API call, updating the CursorMark to that returned by the previous API call; for this, I tried to use storage by Zapier in my parent Zap, setting the variable “cursor” to “*” for my first iteration, and updating it to the returned value from my sub-zap on subsequent iterations.´Parent` zap​parent zap calls sub-zap using the variable from storage by zapierOn this step, I need to select the variable, which I set to the output of step n4 since I cannot use a further step to set the value...so I guess it´s just setting it to that static value on each iterationtrying to replace the variable for the next iteration with the returned value from the sub-zapI´m not sure how I can replace the variable for the next iteration, since that value comes from a

I want to push Contacts from a specific list in Apollo to my CRM. In this forum, I saw a similar question asked in “How do I integrate contacts from a specific Apollo list in Attio?”. The only response was to use filters or paths.  So I’ve been looking into filters, but cannot find a way to filter an Apollo contact based on a certain list. Is this possible? Thanks!

How do I automatically send Facebook Lead data to my CRM without entering personal information?

i am trying to set up a basic zap to send my facebook lead data to my crm. i connected everything fine, but when setting up the zap its forcing me to enter values like the name of the person and lead source. im not sure how im suppose to know that information and i cant figure out how to get to anywhere with a selection that it take that information from the facebook form. can anyone direct me?

YouTube videos not appearing after upload via Zap

There are no errors at all but I cannot see my video in the youtube channel.It used to upload well before the deactivation of my channelbut now this isnt working anymore. please help, thank you.​​​​​​I got answered my zapier like below. New list added in Clickup is not placed in the folder but in the space

Hello!I’m building a flow that creates a few internal structures when a new client request comes in. My issue is when I create a new list in ClickUp, it is not being placed in a folder, but in the space. The account managers populate a form where they select:Client name (from a dropdown) Project short titleI then have an automation that stores these two details plus an ID that gets used internally. For example, in a google drive I’m creating a new folder for this job that has this structure: ID + client name + project short title. For example, let’s imagine that I have GOOGLE and APPLE as clients.
