Hi @zshake,
Welcome to the Community.
To troubleshoot issues with Zaps involving Airtable, try refreshing the Airtable connection in Zapier, verify your Airtable API key, and double-check that the base and table names match exactly. Ensure any filters are correctly set up, and try a different browser or incognito mode to rule out browser issues.
Let us know if you have any further questions. Thank you
Hi @zshake!
Just came across this and wanted to check how things are going. I did some digging on this end and saw similar reports of this behaviour but in those cases the data was able to be loaded eventually after a few minutes.
Can you confirm whether you’re seeing the data load after a while or is it still not loading anything after several minutes?
Looking forward to hearing from you!
@SamB Thanks for the reply. The issue is still happening. I run a ton of airtable automations through zapier, and this is the case for every single one. It just sits there on the same screen loading forever and does not display any data to transfer. I tried all the things that the first reply mentioned, and it is still not working. It is a really frustrating and annoying part of Zapier which I otherwise enjoy using. If you have any insight you could share on this, I would greatly appreciate it.
Hi there @zshake,
Unfortunately, the bug that you’re running into with Transfer is still ongoing. I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team to take a closer look at this one since they have the correct tools to look closer at the Zap and its logs.
You can reach our Support Team here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help
I appreciate your patience and understanding.
