Connecting Actual Time in Asana with Hours field in Harvest
Hello everyone,We are looking for a solution that keeps the Hours field in Harvest in sync with the Actual Time in Asana. Basically, when someone clocks time in Harvest from an Asana ticket, we would like to have that time also added in Asana’s Actual Time field and I think you call this integration “Update task in Asana when new time entry in Harvest”. Does anybody here know if it is possible to accomplish this using Zapier? Thank you very much!

New to Zapier and Ticket Tailor. I am trying to make a Zap that will import data from a TT ticket order into LGL. The sample order that Zapier provides uses UK address format, which does not have City or State fields. Is there a way to get data from those fields into an Action?Thanks for any help!
Can I use Formatter to send richly formatted Confluence content to Slack when a new Product Update is posted?
Huhu everyone! I’m trying my best to include rich formatting from Confluence to Slack. We need it for regular Product Updates. We also have images in our pages in Confluence. I tried for some time to include Formatter in between Zaps of Confluence and Slack but at the end it gives me smth like in the screenshot. I’m sure there must be a way. Thank you all in advance!
How do I include the name, email, phone numbers from the body of an email into a Google Sheets?
So I’ve been scouring videos and articles on this topic. I’m just not getting to the precise problem and solution that I have. I get emails daily that have leads in them. The emails will include name, email, and phone number along with a bunch of other irrelevant data. I want to zap the name, email and phone numbers over to a google sheet, but I’m not getting successful zaps. Can anyone help with this?

New Row in Table in Microsoft Excel - What / When does it triggers it?
So I have linked an excel spreadsheet and made a table on it, and linked it through zapier using the“. New Row in Table in Microsoft Excel” zap. This states it trigges when “a new row” is added to the spreadsheet, but I’m having difficulty getting that to trigger, or finding out “what” triggers it exactly.It has picked up on all existing rows the first time, but I have entered more data in the next empty row, and it hasn’t triggered it.Does it only trigger periodically?Does it wait for a certain amount of time once data is entered in a row, to allow people to “finish” entering the row?Does it only trigger when all columns are complete?

How do I trigger a zap as soon as customer cancels subscription and not at end of billing period
I have a membership hub in Searchie with monthly and annual membership plans.I collect payment via Stripe and manage emails via Klaviyo.When members cancel their subscriptions in Stripe, they keep access to my membership till the end of their billing cycle.I’ve set up a Zap using the ‘cancelled subscription’ trigger to email them when they cancel, however as the subscription is not officially cancelled in Stripe till the end of their billing period the Zap doesn’t trigger till the billing period ends.I would like the Zap to trigger on the day they cancel and not at the end of the billing period so they receive an email the day they cancel and before they lose access, not days/weeks later when the billing period ends.Is there a way to do this?

I’m new to Zapier and wanted to set up a Zap whereby new calendar events for one particular Office 365 account on my Microsoft Outlook would zap across to a Google-based Calendar account. In trying to set up the Zap, I used the wrong name for the Office 365 account (I wrongly input the name for my Microsoft 365 Business Standard account) and now I can’t get rid of it in the Zapier system. How do I delete this so I can start again and just input the Office 365 account details that I need for the Zap to work? Thanks for your help, Peter

I am new to Zap and I have created 8 steps or actions in zap flow. However, I was unable to find a way to re-arrange steps. For example, I have 8 steps (actions) but I would like to move step 4 to be step 2. How can I move steps or sequence? Is there an way to do it?

Allow drag and drop of existing zap steps into the Paths area.If a zap is created and half way through the user realises that the zap needs to branch, it would be great to be able to use some of the existing steps created that equate to one path leg. I am running a messenger ad on Facebook. When I receive a message in messenger I would like it if I could create an opportunity in GoHighLevel. Would I do this by using Facebook Messenger and LeadConnector to create a trigger in GoHighLevel? Can I add a new WordPress user to Mailchimp using conditional logic based on their role?
Hello,I want to add a new user as a trigger, based on a field - so if they are a new user and have a role x, y, z - then - let the zap continue and add them to the next phase (a MailChimp contact in this case).However, I cannot see way to select a new user based on a field. In the event drop down, there is no option to select a user if they have a ‘field updated’.
