Do I need a paid plan for Zapier to send emails to Mailchimp?

Yes, the free plan can handle this.

As long as you are adding under 100 contacts a month and only need a simple one step Zap, you will be fine.

If you go over that or need faster updates, then you would need to upgrade.

Hi Ethan

Xero is a premium app to work with, can you tell me you thoughts on that? I believe that if I use a premium app I have to have a paid Zapier account?

If you are using Xero, you would need a Zapier paid plan as it’s a premium app.
