TBD if suitable, but if you replace GSheets with Zapier Tables, then that will reduce Tasks in Zap Runs, since Zap Steps using Zapier Tables count as 0 Tasks.
Step 2nd and Step 7th - what is the difference between these two? What exactly are you looking up? Depending on that, there may be a possibility to merge these two lookups into one.
