These Zap steps use 0 Tasks:
- Formatter
- Filter
- Paths
- More:
Depends on how your Zap step 1 is configured.
You may want to add a Filter after Zap step to check data conditions about the Salesforce record.
ALTERNATIVE APPROACHES
TBD if suitable, but if you replace GSheets with Zapier Tables, then that will reduce Tasks in Zap Runs, since Zap Steps using Zapier Tables count as 0 Tasks.

Step 2nd and Step 7th - what is the difference between these two? What exactly are you looking up? Depending on that, there may be a possibility to merge these two lookups into one.
