How can I set up a Zap to move the pipeline stage of projects in HoneyBook when a milestone is completed in Asana?

I currently use Asana for project management. Each one of my projects follow the same project milestones, and I would like to create an automation that follows this logic: Step 1) Project milestone completed in AsanaStep 2) Completion of milestone task moves the project stage in HoneyBook to the next stage in the pipeline. In other words, I want to be able to mark a milestone in Asana as complete, and this move the project stage automatically in HoneyBook. I’d like this to be automated so that I am able to automate specific emails for project stages in HoneyBook. Any help appreciated!!!!

How do I create Linear issues with post content from Discord's "#bugs" channel?

I’m looking into creating linear issues from a discord server. Whenever there’s a new post on our “bugs” channel, I want to open a new issue, that will have a link and the post content. I saw how to create the link (`https://discordapp.com/channels/[guildId]/[postId]`), but there’s no option for the post content. Are you planning to add it? Also, would be great to have an option to post into the forum post that the issue was closed.

How to create folder in Google Drive with dynamic variable name and save files there?

Hi,I have a relatively simple Zap structure. First, I recieve some files from a wordpress website, using webhooks. Among the files, there is also a unique variable for every submitted form, serving as an id. In the second step, a folder with that id variable value is created. In the third step, I want to save the files in that recently created folder, using the same id variable.The problem is, if I just try to use that variable as a folder name, google drive can’t find that folder, as it has to be using a code like this 1H895w_I71CS9ThlVcE2SstraeSP9AHfm, not the initial folder name. Therefore, selecting that variable as a folder name achieves nothing.If you have further context questions, feel free to ask. I appreciate any help.

How to expand weekly Zap activity digest to encompass all Zaps, not just mine?

We have multiple users in our zapier team plan, and I’d like to customize (or figure out a way to customize) this digest to encompass all zaps in our team, not just the one I’ve created. I don’t see a way to do this in settings, and zap manager doesn’t have an option to report on all zaps in any of its action steps, only one. Has anybody found a way to get an aggregate report without needing to do so from the UI?

I am new to Zapier and I have a CRM that we use at my store that is not very popular (hence, it is not listed in the Zapier apps), and i would like to send an email to customers after they are registered in my CRM. If my CRM is not listed in the Zapier apps, do i need to make some manual work to send emails to my customers? Maybe through a spreadsheet?

How can I verify Gravity Form submissions with user confirmation emails in Zapier?

Hi friends. I have a zap that is triggered by a gravity form submission that sends an email using a google workspace (gmail) email. I am hearing from my team that we are getting phantom submissions or information with inaccurate information. What I would like to do is set up an intermediate step that looks like:Gravity form submission trigger Email goes out to user who filled out form with the info that they submitted That user clicks a “verify” button (link) contained in the email that confirms that they have entered the correct information By clicking the verification button (link), it triggers an email to my team with the verified infoIs this possible? If I can’t do that, I suppose I could put a ‘reply to’ email address that would be of our team and they would verify by replying to the email instead of pressing a verification button.

I’m hoping to move all of our Aha! ideas into our Community Page. I’m trying to determine if there is a way we can keep Aha! ideas but have new ideas and upvotes in Aha! transfer to the data in Discourse. I know its possible to move new ideas from Aha! to Discourse but I’m not sure if it works with upvotes or comments from Aha! Has anyone tried this and been successful?

How do I update customer addresses in QuickBooks Online?

Hi there,I am almost done with my first zap where I have a customer (donor) found/created, then an itemized sales receipt created for their donations. I am running into a roadblock when trying to update the address through the Find Customer phase of QuickBooks Online. I can’t get it to move from Action to Test successfully because there is no information carried over. I tried a Sales Receipt but the Donor Profile in QuickBooks doesn’t update with that either.  Is there a way I can update the address in QuickBooks with an address if one doesn’t exist? Perhaps all the time with the newest address.I am using Give Butter as my donor platform.Thanks for your help! Zapier   QuickBooks

For example, if there are details on two companies in the email, the current flow only extracts 1 company. Can anyone teach meif there is a way to “find a file” in Google Drive by using the [file URL].* by [file URL] I mean the unique URL given in a google drive → https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/XXXXXXXXXXXXX Currently I can only “find a file” by using the [title] of the file.  The reason I want find a file” in Google Drive by using the [file URL]is because is want to trigger the Zap by a new row in an spreadsheet,which includes a file URL information which I want to copy to a new folder in google drive.

Asana Comment to Specific user from a Custom Task Field

I have Zapier watching/triggering for new tasks - Is it possible to send or make a comment in this newly created task and have it @ / point to / send to the user (supervisor) asking them a default question ie what do you want to do with thier email - the supervisor changes so that is why I am trying to grab it from the task. As of now it just grabs the name but doesnt actually alert the using - like when i add the @ sign and search for the user and manually add them

How do I customize Zapier invites for HubSpot events and fix invite delivery issues in Microsoft Outlook?

I am trying to send an invite for an event on google calendar on the back of a trigger in hubspot. Firstly, is there a way to customise the invite sent out from zapier? So it is not the standard invite sent out, and i can write more information on it.  Secondly, when testing the invite, it works for a google account receiving the invite, but nothing gets sent to an outlook email.  Any help?

Hi,I have a personal financial google spreadsheet that I’m working on and I am wondering if there’s a way to import a row of data from Zapier into Google Sheets without overriding the values in one of the existing columns. (For example, I need to ignore COL$E always). My current sheet uses a dropdown in dynamic dropdown in Column E that relies on the Column D selection and it is being overridden by empty data. How do I automatically add Zoom webinar info with unique links to attendees' calendars?

My company has been hosting webinars through Zoom. We’re trying to remove as many barriers to access as possible and make the process as seamless as we can. When a user signs up for a webinar, they receive only an email with the webinar info (which includes their unique link to join) that they would then have to reference later when it’s time to join the event. The goal is to put all of the webinar info into a calendar event to automatically put it on their calendar, with their unique link in the invitation. I am having trouble finding a solution to be able to do this. I’ve tried creating a new event with the email address that gets pulled from the registration of a user, but it doesn’t seem to like that email address. If I create an event on my own calendar, there is no generic link to join the webinar, so I wouldn’t be able to include it here and invite new attendees. Any thoughts or insight would be greatly appreciated!

Extracting email address from SharePoint file

Hi there, I am trying to extract an email address from a New or Updated file in Microsoft SharePoint (my trigger). I can access the new file (which is a Word doc) and pull-out elements from the file name, but don’t seem to have any body/text options to then set up a Text in Formatter by Zapier step to extract the email address from the body of the file. Hi everybody,I am new to the community and i wondered if there is a way to auto assign a discord role after new members write a message in a specific channel on my server. My current approach looks like this:  Trigger: New message posted to channel in DiscordAction: Add role in Discord As far as I understand the user already has to be on the server and I have to manually select their ID to add a role. Is there a way for zapier to automatically find the id of a new user that sent a message in the channel and auto assign a role to them? Thanks in advance!
