How do I update customer addresses in QuickBooks Online?

Hi there,

I am almost done with my first zap where I have a customer (donor) found/created, then an itemized sales receipt created for their donations. I am running into a roadblock when trying to update the address through the Find Customer phase of QuickBooks Online. I can’t get it to move from Action to Test successfully because there is no information carried over. I tried a Sales Receipt but the Donor Profile in QuickBooks doesn’t update with that either. 

 

Is there a way I can update the address in QuickBooks with an address if one doesn’t exist? Perhaps all the time with the newest address.


I am using Give Butter as my donor platform.
