sending message on whatsapp

hello,

i would like sending message automatically to my new customer (welcome message).
The number is arriving by facebook ads or in a google sheet.
What application i can you to do that ? Application who is integrate with zapier, because zapier automate the trigger to the app who send the message.

I do non want to send whatsapp message to me, but to customers :)
