How do I automate CMS to Mailblue via Zapier with a CSV import trigger?

Hello I have a question:We want to create a fairly complex automation for a customer.We will do this by linking the API of a custom CMS to an email program (probably Mailblue).We need a way to automatically import a CVS file into Zapier so that we can trigger the Zap in Zapier with that data.Is such a thing possible?
