I am trying to send a mail merge through a Streak pipeline to multiple email addresses within one email thread. The way streak typically sends mail merges is to include all email addresses in the TO column and every recipient receives an individual email thread. However, I want to create a CC column in my pipeline so that additional email addresses will be placed in the CC box when composing the email so that one email thread will be sent to all recipients on the email and everyone can respond to the same thread. I don’t know how to create this trigger > action sequence or if it is even possible. Does anyone have any experience or any ideas to build this specific task? Thank you!

Hello I want to make a zap with leads which insert them into a google spreasheet. In my spreadsheet I have a column with a lead-id (like the number of the lead) and I want that zapier automatically updates the lead id after a lead comes in.For example: Lead number 1 gets automatically lead-id #1 Lead number 2 gets lead-id #2 Can you help me with that? We have an onboarding process for new users through a Google Form. Currently, the flow is Google Form → Slack w/ responses (to notify us) then the rest is manual. I have a master Google Sheet with different worksheets for each employee onboarded. I have to first copy an existing sheet, then start to fill out name, title, birthday, phone number, etc. I have looked through the Zapier/Sheets steps and I’m not sure if the following is possible:Copy Existing Sheet to a new sheet (this is doable, but can I have Zapier rename the sheet?) Take the populated data from the first step/form submission results and have Zapier input into specific rows/columns? I tried doing this and can’t figure out how to keep the flow going and how to make my newly copied sheet a variable so Zapier knows to update info on the newest created one automatically. Is this possible?
Currently when using the New Campaign Open Event to add a row into Google Sheets, It will only fire once per contact. I need it to fire each time the email is opened whether it is opened multiple times by one person or not. Any ideas on how to accomplish this.
Hi all,I am trying to automate (once a day) the running of a Twilio flow. The main thing I need Schedule to do is trigger a Twilio flow, sending information from a Google Sheet (Phone Number to send text to, text message text). The way it currently works is:In Google Sheets I have Sheet1 which includes the columns: “Phone Number” and “Text Message Text”. In Google Sheets, I also have an AppsScript that (when I click manually) will send the data to trigger a Twilio flow that sends a text to each “Phone Number” in the column their custom “Text Message Text”. When the user respond to the text, I have custom code triggered in the Twilio flow that stores the output text in the same google sheet in the “Sheet2”I can’t figure out how to make the scheduling part work in Zapier. I see how to connect Google Sheets + Twilio, and Schedule + Twilio, but I can’t figure out how to use Schedule to trigger sending info from a Google Sheet and kickstarting a Twilio flow. Any thoughts on how I could appr
I have a charity client who operates in Ecuador and who uses Contifico online accounting, a local Ecuadorean system. This system does not appear to have any native transaction import but it does have an API.Is developing a ZAP using an API to import transactions a task for which one should allow days or weeks assuming we have good documentation on the API?Are there any best practice models to be followed?
I have a Zap that adds income (and expenses from processing fees) from Square to Fiverr Workspace (previously And Co, similar app to Wave). The processing fee (called tenders payment processing fee in the zap options) field though is multiplied by 100. For example, a processing fee of $1.15 is written as 115 so it shows up as $115 in Fiverr. Is this fixed somehow or what can I do to remedy the situation. As it is now, I have to remember to go into Fiverr Workspace and edit every processing fee transaction so that it’s not off by hundreds of dollars.
Hi,I'm trying to connect Gravity Forms on my WordPress website to SendinBlue via Zapier. I've done this in the past, but I'm having trouble getting it operational this time.I've connected both systems to Zapier without problems, and I see all the GF forms on my website when I create a new Zap. But I do not see any of the fields in any of the forms. Only two fields everywhere: True and False.Am I missing something?Thank you for your help!
I am new to zapier and excited to learn, but I have been struggling to set up my first zap for hours and I’m sure I’m doing something wrong, but I’m uncertain as to what. I am trying to set up a zap so that when I receive a new catering order, I receive an SMS notification. while my action is working fine, my trigger appears to be having some issues.triggers set upemails not foundemails do existAlthough there are emails matching the trigger, zapier cannot find any that match it. I’ve tried adding in:inbox, removing in:inbox, having the trigger be firstname.lastname@example.org by itself: all in vain. I would greatly appreciate some insight as to what I’m doing wrong and how to correct it.
I am new to Zapier and am trying to use it to integrate Squarespace and EveryAction. When a website visitor submits a form on Squarespace, I’d like a contact record created/updated in EveryAction and a specific activist code assigned to the record.I connected both accounts and added Filter by Zapier to filter form submissions based on one of the questions on the form. Based on the response to the question, “my state of interest field”, a specific activist code should be assigned to the contact record so that they’re enrolled in one of our state mailing lists. My issue is that Zapier cannot effectively test the zap (see below). Zapier support suggests that I use Google Sheets instead and have form submissions sent to a spreadsheet because they say that with the Squarespace trigger it can be difficult to understand which form you're selecting in the trigger within Zapier and you're not able to get live sample data. I use Zapier with Keap and got the following message from Keap.Zapier has been consistently sending ~10k DataSeervice.query calls per hour every hour to your application over the past seven days. This consistent calling to the application over that time is odd and seems excessive.Is there a technical issue with zapier at the moment? How do I go about finding out what has caused this?

Hi everyone! My Company would like to gather Google reviews via SMS from customers once a job is done. Does anyone know of good solutions. We use salesforce so what I’m thinking is I can trigger some Zapier connection once a job is won. thanks!
