How to save a google slide as a pdf file

Hi all,

I created a zap that takes information from a google sheet and creates a google slide.

Additionally, I want the zap to save the google slide as a pdf. So at the end I would be having two files.

Is that possible without using a third party tool?

Also, I’ve seen that zapier allows you to export the link (). But I’m not sure how to use that.

My final goal is to be able to complete my zap with gmail, in order to sent an email with that pdf file (or pdf link) attached.

Any help would be appreciated.

Best,

Francisco

@FranRovi Google Slides can be exported as PDF. The URLs usually have this format:

https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/PRESENTATION_ID/edit

To get the direct download link replace /edit with /export/pdf. That should allow you to attach or link to the presentation.
