Hi everyone,I’m experiencing an issue where Zapier is automatically adding fields that I don’t want to my automation, despite only selecting ‘content, attachments, and embeds.’ As you can see in the screenshots, it worked the first time with simply the text (attachment No. 1), username and media, but when I save it seems to auto-revert back to adding the misc. information that I don’t want to include (attachment No. 2) I’ve also shown that I only have the necessary info selected and nothing more (attachment No. 3) Any ideas on a fix?
I have an email parser that sends data to zapier and sends attached files to zapier via a URL link. The link to the PDF document expires after 30 days so I need to be able to upload the entire document to our object instead of just the link. Is it possible to upload a pdf document via a link?
I’m tasked with leveraging MailChimp to send a newsletter email while also sending an Outlook or Teams Meeting invite so it populates the end users Outlook calendar with a request to mark Accept, Tentative or Deny. Is this possible? We’re not looking to apply an attachment .ics file or have them click a RSVP button in the email newsletter, we want them to have a calendar entry in their Outlook Calendars similar if the email was sent from Outlook.
Hi Friends,I’m trying to create a paywall system within Adalo, and have set up a few zaps to help do this. Someone signs up for an account in Adalo, they go to the first page, click on a button to go to an external stripe checkout page.When a new payment is made, the stripe payment is recorded in Airtable. When a new stripe payment has been recorded, there is another zap that takes that information and updates the user information in Adalo. For this particular zap I have a “find” action which tells Zapier to “find the correct record” to update with new info. Step 1 and 2 of this zap are working well, but at step 3 Zapier shows ‘The app returned "Not Found".’ I’ve checked that my fields are mapped correctly and that all required fields are filled in properly. Can anyone help with this? Any pointers would be so appreciated. Thanks in advance!Best, Christina

Hi there, Just checking Zapier will work for me trying to automate Google Calender entries into Xero invoicesI enjoy Google calender, it has just what I need and still simple - but most importantly I’m used to it. I currently have 9 calenders setup for various pieces of machinery. In each entry title I have my client, and a description of the job we’re doing with that machine. These entries change from day to day, and they’re not really confirmed and invoiceable until it is actually after that date. I had a play making a Zap and it worked well, but needs some fine tuning.I tried having an * at the start of an finished job entry to trigger Zapier to invoice, which worked, but then it added the * at the start of the clients name in Xero. I thought what might work well is if I go into the calender entry and change the status to busy and that was the trigger for Zapier, but that option isn’t there. Hi,I'm trying to connect Gravity Forms on my WordPress website to SendinBlue via Zapier. I've done this in the past, but I'm having trouble getting it operational this time.I've connected both systems to Zapier without problems, and I see all the GF forms on my website when I create a new Zap. But I do not see any of the fields in any of the forms. Only two fields everywhere: True and False.Am I missing something?Thank you for your help!

For example, if I have a zap delayed for one week and its triggered on the 5th, and on the 6th this zap triggers again, I want these two zaps to not be accumulated so that they are released on the 12th for the first zap and on the 13th for the second zap of that month. I am new to zapier and excited to learn, but I have been struggling to set up my first zap for hours and I’m sure I’m doing something wrong, but I’m uncertain as to what. I am trying to set up a zap so that when I receive a new catering order, I receive an SMS notification. while my action is working fine, my trigger appears to be having some issues.triggers set upemails not foundemails do existAlthough there are emails matching the trigger, zapier cannot find any that match it. I’ve tried adding in:inbox, removing in:inbox, having the trigger be email@example.com by itself: all in vain. I would greatly appreciate some insight as to what I’m doing wrong and how to correct it.
I am new to Zapier and am trying to use it to integrate Squarespace and EveryAction. When a website visitor submits a form on Squarespace, I’d like a contact record created/updated in EveryAction and a specific activist code assigned to the record.I connected both accounts and added Filter by Zapier to filter form submissions based on one of the questions on the form. Based on the response to the question, “my state of interest field”, a specific activist code should be assigned to the contact record so that they’re enrolled in one of our state mailing lists. My issue is that Zapier cannot effectively test the zap (see below). Zapier support suggests that I use Google Sheets instead and have form submissions sent to a spreadsheet because they say that with the Squarespace trigger it can be difficult to understand which form you're selecting in the trigger within Zapier and you're not able to get live sample data. I know this is not the right place to start, but I know Zapier will somehow play a roll in end process regardless. Not sure what webapp we would need, or options, but I would like to create a shared contact phone and email list that updates dynamically as entries are added or removed from the master list. Id like to be able to give our upper level staff a link to subscribe to this list similar to a subscribed calendar. And that way their phones/devices are updated automatically as things are added and removed. Any suggestions on where to start?
Hello, I have zap that integrates between Woocommerce and google sheets that send data to sheets when order created. I have a lot of changes to do and i need to test it on specific orders, how can i choose specific orders to test inside that zap? Every time i do changes and i want to check i go 'transfer existing data' and it take a lot of time for loading the records.
