I am trying to integrate smartsheet with salesforce in 2 cases.
- I have created one Zap to Create a new record in salesforce object whenever new row is added to smartsheet. → Which is working as expected.
- I am trying to create another Zap which will update the Respective row of smartsheet in salesforce whenever a update is made to any row in smartsheet. → In this while creating the zap i have been asking to select the particular salesforce record to update instead of respective row record. I am getting error like external field is not found etc.
Could anyone please help me out in case of update scenario.
