Hi, 

 

I’m a new user to Zapier and I’m using Zaps to automate my company’s work flow. Turns out my currently active ZAP got turned off automatically without any notification. 

I don’t see any error in task history. 

 

Can you please let me know whats causing this behaviour?

There can be a few reasons this happens, and it’s a good idea to open a support ticket to get to the bottom of it. You can open a ticket here: https://zapier.com/app/contact-us

As a side note, I built a zap template that you can use to get an email/SMS/Slack notification when your zap switches off.
