Apologies if I’m not clear in my question, this is a little outside my lane… I currently use Gravity Forms > Zapier for emailing form data from a client’s website (ie an appointment request form for a dental office). I currently hardcode the body of the Zap w/ HTML.
While this works fine, the look and feel of the email is raw and I’d like to make it more professional-looking.
Is there a better method for achieving this or should I stick w/ HTML in the Email Zap’s body?
