Google Form To Google Calendar

I want to make a Google form that people fill out to add events to a Google Calendar.  When I try to build the zap, it is asking me for the “spreadsheet” and “worksheet” and even though I’m starting with a Google form.  I didn’t think Forms had “worksheets”.What am I doing wrong here?  Anyone done this zap successfully?

Webflow submission - SMS - Airtable flow

I have a webflow form submission that I would like to kick-off a series of daily sms messages which I have in a table in Airtable (1 message each subsequent day from the day a user signs up), and send these from my Twilio account. If anyone has an idea of how to set this up in Zapier and how to format the Zaps and/or Airtable/Twilio side of the house that would be great to hear!

Shopify Developer (app download) > Intercom

Hello! We have an App in the Shopify store. When new folks sign up to our app, we go into Shopify developer, get their email, then manually add them as a user in Intercom.We do this because we have our email drip campaigns set up in Intercom.I see you can use Zapier to connect Intercom with Shopify... But is it possible to connect Intercom with Shopify Developer (or at least to get the details or folks who sign up to our app)?Thank you!!

Unable to post to Instagram from ContentStudio. Followed the Youtube video but fails when asked to a test. Any suggestions?

Hi, I have just bought in to ContentStudio which pushes out social media posts to all platforms. Twitter and Facebook seem to work flawlessly.  However, to get Contentstudio to push posts out to Instagram, you have to install Zapier.  There is a very good Youtube video which takes you through all the steps and everything seems fine until it asks to run a test.  At this point, the software does not work, the set up fails to complete and I am left still having to post to Instagram manually.  Has anybody else had similar problems and can offer some guidance?

I am trying to get accepted quotes within Quotient to produce a draft invoice can anyone advise on what might be going wrong for me? Common Problems with Wave on ZapierLast Updated: Jan 27, 2020Error Message: "INVALID: Transaction line items in the transaction currency are over balanced."There are a few scenarios where this error appears when using the action "Record Sales":If the "Sales Tax Amount" field contains a value, then "Sales Tax Abbreviation" must also contain a value and vice versa.  If the "Processing Fee Amount" field contains a value, then "Processing Fee Expense Category" must also contain a value and vice versa. Lastly, check you've selected the incorrect "Number Format". Use "Major Units" when working with decimals (e.g. $1.21) and "Minor Units" when there are no decimals (e.g. 121¢).

Import from Facebook to Mailchimp

Hello everyone,I am experiencing some problems with the import of Facebook Lead into a Mailchimp list.The zap and the flow are set up correctly but for some reason, the only field that is imported is the email and date of birth of the subscriber.We need to import also their name and surname.The fact is that if I want Name and Surname I have to go to Zapier and make some manual operation on the last lead received, and only after that I get also Name and Surname of that last one.How is that possibile? It isn’t supposed to be an automation? What is the point for me of doing manual actions to get all the fields I need in may Mailchimp list? Please help :(

Hi all, I am trying to find out how to add an extra column (pricing) with information to a dynamic google form sheet  where data is entered in rows every time the form has been filled in. The google form is my trigger.De extra information which needs to be added in the row, depends on a value in that same row. So when the filled in form has for example the information COURSE X, I want automatically to add in the column ‘Pricing’ in that same row the price that comes with the filled in course. I don’t want to add an extra column every time a new form has been filled in. And also I dont want to build in an extra field in the form, since I dont want people to see this extra info. Hope my explanation has been clear enough…Many thanks for your support! David

Typeform integration for daily entries only

I have a zap connected to Typeform to collect all entries via a Google spreadsheet which is then emailed daily. The issue is, this spreadsheet contains every form entry. Is there a way to reset the zap and clear the Google sheet daily, so it only collects the day’s entries.

Updates in Google Sheets added as new records instead of updating existing records in Airtable

Hello,In short, my CRM is connected to a google sheet that updates columsn in the row everytime Certain CRM fields are udpated.That informatino is then passed to airtable through the Zap that creates a record when a new row is added to the Google sheet. The issue is that when that particular row is updated it creates another record in airtable.How do tell that zap to not create a new record in airtable if the contact already exists and just update the one that is there?I do know that there is a create new record when the sheet updates zap (which is what I am using) and also a update record zap when the sheets updates. (Not using) Each row is identified by a unique number in the first column if that helps.

Hello, Zapier newbie here with a first time post!  The team I work on shares A LOT of great documentation they create in Slack, but unfortunately that documentation is oftentimes buried in Slack never to resurface again.  The most common type of document created is Google Doc, Google Sheet or Google Presentation.  I’m wondering if a Zap exists for this:A user posts a document in a Slack Channel A user reacts with a specific (most likely custom) emoji The emoji being added as a reaction triggers that file to be sent to a specific folder in G driveDoes anyone know if this is possible?Thanks!Jon

Zapier to Zoho - rate not including decimals

Hi guys, I am wondering if anyone has experienced the following:I am importing woocommerce orders into Zoho Inventory using Zapier. Every field in my Zap is working as it should *except* for my “rate” field. Despite trying the raw sales item price date from Woo (one item was rounded to a figure with more than 2 decimals - 6.98999 and one was 6.99) AND trying to solve the multiple decimal issue by using Zapier Formatter, which yeilds both price fields as clean 6.99, my Zap to Zoho is reading into Zoho as an integer for rate as simply “6”.Obviously, I need prices to show up as 6.99 in the rate field. While this might be a question for a Zoho forum (I’ll head there next!), I wanted to see if anyone here might have experienced anything similar. Here is a picture of the clean Zap and here is the respective Outbound data:bcy_rate6rate6which is showing up as rate in Zoho as 6, as you likely guessed!Any input anyone might have would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Xero Validation Error - Zap Turning Off

Hey Community I have a issue with a zap. I am sending invoices to Xero, that part is easy enough. However sometimes I will not have enough stock to create the invoice. (Just happens in my business) But when this happens I want it to log it to a google spreadsheet or alternatively try again except make it as a draft invoice the second time.  If anyone can spread some light on how I can do this it would be greatly appreciated. :D I have been looking at the filter option but no luck. Also I have looked at the paths maybe that is the best solution?

Slack + Google Calendar integration requires edit permissions

I want zapier to send me notifications on Slack when an event from google calendar starts. It seems like for this use-case read permission for google calendar should be enough but zapier asks for editing and deleting. Doesn’t google calendar have an option for see permissions only? If it does what’s the reason for edit permissions in this case?

CrateJoy (beta) "A Subscription could not be found" error

Hello all! When I try to create any Zap with the CrateJoy (beta) integration, I can’t get past the test phase (and if I try to run the Zap anyway, it doesn’t work). I get the following error message: “Test trigger (error)A Subscription could not be found.JSON results array could not be located. [Troubleshoot error] (button)We couldn’t find a subscriptionCreate a new subscription in your CrateJoy (1.7.1) #2 account and test your trigger again.” I tried creating a new subscription, but got the same error message. Any advice as to how I can resolve this?

Find Trello Card action - card not found

Hey there,I want to create a 3-step Zap on our business account (not this one), with: event X → find Trello card → update Trello card with different name.Zapier can’t find the initial Trello card in question, although it uses the same name format I am using in another Zap, where it creates said card. I can’t pick a specific card from the list, Zapier first has to find it.I find a similar issue but it has no resolution. What am I missing?
