Looping: How to create subsequent recurrences in a series only

We are using Looping to create calendar events that are a monthly virtual series - that part works fine. When people register, there’s another Zap that creates the entire series (via looping) and writing back all the series dates to a multi-instance panel in our AMS for participants’ easy access to the meeting URL for each recurrence - this is great for registrations before the entire series begins, but people may register to join the recurring event at any point in the series. My question:  How can I make sure that only “future” events in the series get created (and not the entire loop)?Example:  the original event has the code:  ANA22The subsequent events in the series become: ANA222, ANA223, ANA224, ANA225 (etc.)If someone registers for ANA223, how can only the subsequent events (ANA224, ANA225, etc) in the loop be created?  Having the loop run the entire series with past events is a waste of valuable zaps!

Send gmail after I sent a specific gmail to the same recipient

Hi, so we have a Short-Term rental that a lot of people ask us the prices for specific days. I reply to their email with my gmail account.We would like to send a reminder to them 2 days after if we can do anything to help them book with us? So we have to be careful not to trigger that zap twice if for example we have several email exchange with that specific person. What would be the flow of zap? Thank.

Matching the right pattern

Hey everyone, I have a zap that listens for a Discord message then searches that message for a date and time. To search for the pattern of the date I’m using “Extract Pattern” on the Formatter using this pattern: \d/\d\d/\d\d\d\d|\d\d/\d/\d\d\d\d|\d/\d/\d\d\d\d|\d/\d/\d\d|\d/\d\d/\d\d|\d\d/\d/\d\d|\d\d/\d\d/\d\d|\d/\d\d/\d\d\d\dEssentially this is just looking for all variations of typing the date. This works pretty well except when people put a 4 digit year. Even though I have the pattern in there, the zap just picks the first two digits out of the year and thinks it’s found the MM/DD/YY pattern instead. So now people putting the date 2022 are having their events post in ‘20. I’ve tried putting the 4 digit year pattern at the beginning and end of the “Pattern” field but this continues to happen either way. How can I make sure the zap searches for the 4 digit year first and if it finds it, uses that instead of looking for another possible match? Thanks!

Creating a card inside trello with adress field

I am trying to create a zap that creates a card inside of trello after a form submission. I got everything to work however I figured out that inside of the “ trello zapp “ there is no option to target the adress-field inside of trello.I really hope this going to be added in a future update of the integration. We could really use this in our workflow.But for the time being.. Is there anyone who knows a workaround for this?

Does anyone know how to create a Zap that will duplicate a Stripe payment into Keap Max Classic? We use Keap to keep record of our financials, and it would be helpful to have any payments made in stripe be recorded in Keap!

zapier doesnt give me the option to select the email i want from incoming sales confirmations. its in one section of the body of the message.

I’m setting up a zap so when I get a sales confirmation email in gmail the customer email address gets added to a Flodesk segment.  When I’m setting it up and it prompts me to select the email I want in the tester, the email I want to grab is popped into a section with the body of the email.  Is there a way to separate that email out so I can set up my flow to grab my new customer emails?

Gmail to Evernote Keep HTML Format of email

I’m trying to set up a Zap that will auto-forward emails and adds the normal forward header you see when you manually forward an email.  However, when I even just insert the body field it doesn’t keep the original format of the email and it’s just garbled up with no formatting.  How do I keep the format of the body of the email and add some info to the note formatted?  I get malformed if I use Body HTML and that is in a built-in template.  How can I use an action with Body HTML so I can keep the format of the email.

Hi, I have a Ninja Form connected to an Excel doc and Zapier is adding new submissions as a new row. Works great! I added a checkbox list in Ninja and the data is coming through but there is no space between the selected checkbox list items.For example, someone would choose [] Strategic Project Planning, and [] Dedicated NewsletterBut it comes through as: strategic-project-planningdedicated-newsletterI’m fine with the lower case and the hyphens, but does anyone know if a way to get two items with a space between them: strategic-project-planning dedicated-newsletterThanks

Qualtrics to Rybbon Anonymous links

Hello I contacted Zapier Support but it has been 4 days and no reply, so I am hoping that someone can help.  I need to create a Zap that pulls a Rybbon gift link and displays it at the end of the survey.  I understand that the recipient would need to write it down but we need to be able to send the link at the end of the survey without collecting any email information.   I am told that this could be done, but I need guidance.  The direct connections with both Rybbon and the Zapier template require an email.   Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

Will making text changes to Typeform questions break the Zap?

I am planning to integrate typeform with Zapier. However, since typeform doesn’t allow to give unique IDs to the form fields, will making any text changes to the question in typeform break the integration? e.g in the screenshot attached, if i change the question in typeform from from “Are you noticing ..” to “Have you noticed ...”, will it break the link?

Hello, i’m not even sure if i am in the right place for this question - but here it goes.   I need a system (similar to a banking system) where clients call in and input information through a phone keypad, i need to acknowledge that information, verify it, and ask for a security code; if both answer match what i already have in my database, i will give a specific message to the customer, if not, i will give a different set of voice instructions. Does anyone know how i can get this done?  Am i in the right place?  Been looking online, Asterisk, … and i can’t find anywhere to start. thank you.Tony

Hallo everyone!We have a zapier integration between FB leads generation campaing and Mailchimp.The problem is that in the FB form we ask if you want to receive our newsletters or not.So far, each contact goes in the mailchimp audience.We are trying to understand if through Zapier we can select only people who write “yes” to the question about the newsletter and sedn only them to the mailchimp audience.Do you have any idea about that? Also other ways, even if not direct from Zapier or using more than one zap.Thank you!

Hi.  I am creating a Zap that adds a row to a google table.   I don’t want to add the record if one already exists for a person.  How can I check first to see if the record exists before adding a new one.  The unique identifiers are email address and name.  I don’t have access to the id to check for existing record at the time the record is created.  I am getting data back from a third party and they don’t have the id to send me.  Thanks,Rhonda

push fireflies.ai to Zoho CRM

A call gets transcribed by fireflies.ai.  I want to push the transcription and other data from fireflies to the call record in Zoho CRM.  I am not sure how to accomplish this.  I believe that I need to have Zapier do a search in Zoho CRM to match the transcription up with the call record, but I am over my head.  I have included an image of a screenshot from Zapier.  Any suggestions?

I want zapier to add a new form submission in squarespace to an existing group in google. However, zapier will not pull up the group because it is in a shared folder. Is there a way that I can get zapier to recognize all of my groups including the one in the shared folder?

Shopify + Wave - recording a sale without tax amount

Hello guys!Is there any way to create a ZAP that connects Shopify with Wave accounting, but the data from Shopify that i need to go through to Wave is the Price of items bought together with price of shipping. I don’t want the price of taxes to go through. Screenshot attached. I’l like to transfer subtotal amount and shipping amount to Wave together, and to be recorded as a sale.

Zaps Are Turning Themselves Off Since UI Update

Good day Zapsters, We've been using Zapier for a while now, and some Zaps haven't been touched in over a year because they worked perfectly, now they are turning off at the same time every day. This started occurring recently, we think since the new UI changes that were recently implemented.Any one experienced the same thing or have some helpful advise?
