PayPal Zap Not Firing - How to fix IPN Issues?

Hi, I know that PayPal problems are generally due to IPN issues. Could someone explain how to fix them?  I’m pretty sure that my notification URL isn’t pointing to Zapier, but I’m not sure how to figure out which button or service is causing the problem. #HELP!! Thanks!

Copy Wunderlist task notes into Asana task description

Hi, Since Wunderlist is closing at the beginning of May, I am looking for ways to replace this app and am researching options that take make the migration as easy as possible. I plan to swtich to Asana. Using Zapier, I am already able to copy my tasks easily into new project lists in Asana including the due date, by creating a ‘zap’ that creates new tasks as I complete them in Wunderlist. I built this using the ‘Customize task’ menu. However, I cannot copy the subtasks and notes to Asana’s ‘subtasks and description’. Does any of you know if it’s possible to get this data also copied using Zapier, ór does anyone know another method to migrate my complete Wunderlist set to Asana.   (I am working on Mac OS).   Thanks!

I use zappier to create event in calendar for several attendees, with attendees emails coming fromgoogle sheet row per event. how i collect back to each row in sheet, for each event  ,  the status of event acceptance?  e.g. reject or accept.

Currently, I have a zap set up where if I put a task into Google Tasks it zaps it over to my Things 3 inbox. The only issue I have with this is that now I have the task in two places. Is there a way that I can have it check off the task in Google Tasks after it sends it over to Things?

Formidable Forms Authorization error

I’m having the same problem with Formidable Forms. This is my first time using Zapier and with high hopes from what I read online on what it can do to help me, but unfortunately no joy here. :-( I enter my API number and all I get it error codes 404 or 403 depending on how I set up my permalinks (as suggested in another help section I read online). Everything is checked and double checked. I have been trying to get this to work for about 2 weeks now. It would be great if you just do what it the instructions tell you to do and it would work but unfortunately its not the case. Oh, and what is this about “Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup”? What popup? No popups of any kind and it just confuses us who are trying to get this to work. (photos) Any help is greatly appreciated.

New to Zapier: Overwrite Google Sheet with daily Gmail spreadsheet attachment in htm format

Struggling to understand the bridge I’m missing here. I receive a daily email with a Report.htm attachment. I’d like to overwrite an existing Google sheet with the detail in that attached report.   I’ve started with New Attachment in Gmail and seem to have that setup fine. then, I was moving to Update Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets but can’t figure out how to connect the actual report data and have it fill in the sheet. I do not want to keep the previous data.  Do I need to use the Formatter as a second step or a first step? If either, which Utility option do I select? Thanks in advance for your patience!

Airtable New Record Trigger when reaching the max record cap

Hi Everyone,   I’m creating an email digest based on the New Record trigger on Airtable. Approximately 500 new records are added a day and a dozen or so custom digests will parse through each new record, filter to match conditions, then email the correct recipient a custom digest personalized to them. I will be running into an issue with the max record cap of 50,000 records soon. One solution I thought could work was to copy and paste the data into a different table/db, then completely clear the base that the Zap is pointed to so that new records could be added from the first row. However, this doesn’t seem to trigger the New Record trigger. Does anyone have a workaround for this?   Thanks!

I am trying to use typeform in google sheets, but I cannot figure out how to have math calculations done based off of the inputs given through the typeform survey i have created. We have tried to manually input the equations into the google sheet, but it seems to throw off zapier, so it skips the rows we need to information to go to.

Asana and Office 365

I’m brand new here and looking for advice. I set up an account in Zapier to try to populate our shared office 365 calendar when we add/edit/delete tasks in Asana.  When I create a task in Asana I get a new task in Office 365, but when I change the due date in Asana, I get another new task in Office 365. I’m assuming that I’m not the first person to encounter such an issue but I can’t see any easy way to fix this.  There is no “when I modify in Asana then modify in Office 365” option. Can anyone help?

webhook POST - problem formatting raw payload

Actually, reading your example, I have it fixed.  Thank you   I have a similar problem, except, I can’t seem to get the RAW payload I create to work. It appends the “data:” &”:” before the open bracket which appears to be failing at the API on the other end.  Is there a way to remove those labels.   Thank you in advance. First time on here, so hopefully, I am not breaking any etiquette.

Google sheet export to update contacts

I’ve think i have a similar problem. My question: I have a google sheet export with our customer information from our custom made CRM (kinda oldskool)  Its got 260 columns and about a 1500 rows.  I want to update my contacts in Active campaign if anything changes in our CRM. So I’ve copied alle the fields to AC, set up an export and connected through a zap. My plan is to;   -weekly export all this data.  -delete the data inside, add the fresh export -when a certain cel changed, it triggers   I dont want Zapier, thinking ive added 1500 rows (on a weekly basis) Do I just turn of the zap, do my thing, and turn it back on?  (and does every change in a cel counts as a task?)   Hope to hear from you!  Cheers, Milko Amsterdam

Eventbrite new event ticket order TO Zoom create new registrant for existing event

I am trying to zap Eventbrite to Zoom. When someone signs up for a recurring event and gets a free ticket, I want Eventbrite to create a New Registrant in Zoom for recurring Zoom meetings (not webinars).  The Eventbrite events have existed for awhile. Zoom is a completely free account and we will not be paying $400 a year for webinars PLUS a monthly/annual membership.  Is there an effective way to connect Eventbrite (New Ticket Order or New Registrant) to Zoom (Create New Event Registrant) for recurring events in the FREE plan?

I am trying to create a zap between Gmail mailbox and Sendpulse. The idea is to add a new subscriber ( within a specific list) when I receive a notification email that contains the customer's name and email. Can I use my personal mailbox (free account)? During my tests I always have this error: We had trouble sending your test through. The app returned "Bad request". This usually happens when your Zap is missing a required field or a field value isn't in a recognized format. Hide details How to fix We made a request to api.sendpulse.com and received (400) Bad Request. thx a lot for your support. Integrating Xero and Infusionsoft for Invoicing

I am working through the zap when we create a new quote and invoice in infusionsoft and the person pays it will zap it to xero by creating an invoice and marking it as paid.   We use item codes in Xero and I am trying to figure out how to make it zap with the different one each time. My thought process is that when I setup the product in infusionsoft there is something I should be adding to trigger it for the item code.   Also we charge the merchant fee back to the customer, so I am thinking I should add that in the tax field.   Thanks in advance for your help.

How do I format my RSS feed so that I may have an image to post to Twitter/Facebook Page?

What is the right syntax to include in my RSS feed so that Zapier will recognize the field to use as Twitter / Facebook Page Image?   Right now I'm using a `media:thumbnail` attribute as per http://search.yahoo.com/mrss, e.g.:   <media:thumbnail url="http://www.example.com/foo.jpg"></media:thumbnail>   but unfortunately Zapier doesn't seem to be able to use that as a field.   Any suggestions?

I’m currently using an integration with Trello and Discord where upon a trigger in Trello, it will send a message in a Discord channel. I set up the bot with permissions to mention all roles, but when I click on the Mention Roles field, it just says No data. How can I set it to mention a specific role?
