Google My Business cannot get reviewer email

     Google my business app not getting reviewer email id ,because of that freshdesk cannot create a ticket

Hey @Kamal R, welcome to the Community!

I did some checking and found we have an existing feature request to have reviewer’s email addresses returned with the Google My Business app. So I’ve added your vote for that.

I can’t say when that feature request would be implemented by but we will be sure to notify you by email as soon as it is. :)
