Adding a row to a Google Sheet which creates a New G Drive Folder & adds a link to the row in the Google Sheet

Hi, I’m trying to create a Zap that will enable me to…  Trigger: Add A new row to a G sheet fileAction: Create a folder in my G Drive when a new row is added to a G Sheet Add a link to the folder into a cell within the row that was added to the G Sheet So far I can create a Zap that will add the new folder, but I can’t figure out how to get the link, and insert it into the new row of the G Sheet. I need the G Sheet to look like this Folder Link First Name Last Name  Address Link to P-Smith Folder Pat Smith NYC Link to J-Doe Folder John Doe NYC    I think that it can be done, based on the question uploaded by this user. but I can’t figure out how to get it working...  Is there a pre-made Zap for this, or how can I get the link added to the new row in the G Sheet ?   Thanks in Advance

Find Many Spreadsheet Rows in Google Sheets - reduce number of returned rows to maximum of 5

Hello! I have a zap where a client submits a google form response > Find Many Rows uses two of the form responses to find rows in an existing Google Sheet > The bottom 10 returned rows are formatted and sent back to the client using the email they provided. Find Many Rows can find and return UP TO 10 rows, but is there a way to limit the number of returned items so the client only receives 5? I don’t see an option for that in the step itself, and struggling to come up with filter logic that would accomplish that. Thank you in advance!

Hi everybody,  I need help for my Zap : Trigger : new record in airtable Action : upload a template in google slide I have created {{placeholders}} which are perfectly filled with informations from airtable. The problem is : when an information is not given in Airtable (the trigger), I would like my {{placeholder}} to be deleted from the final google slide. Instead, I got, for example, {{mail}} that remains in the slide. Do you know how could I configure Zapier to delete {{placeholders}} which contains no data. Thanks for your help !  Franck

Manually replay successful Zap actions

Hello! We have a database that we are using zapier to add records to. We did a database migration but needed to use a slightly older snapshot. During the migration we had some newer entries get lost since their timestamp was after the snapshot, but since the zap ran successfully, we can’t replay them from the zap history view.Wondering as of today if there’s any way to manually replay successful zaps / steps?I saw some other help articles saying this isn’t possible yet: And I saw this workaround by doing a “manual test” with the records:So I know the ability is kiiiind of possible… wondering if there are updates here or there is a feature on the way? Thanks!

I’m trying to set-up a zap using SMTP by Zapier since Email by Zapier is limited to 10 emails per hour (according to what I read in another thread). The problem I am having is connecting. I’m getting an error telling me “DataPostError: Problem creating authentication: Our computers took too long.” Is it possible for me to fix this or is it an issue on Zapier’s end?

Issue with Create Person in Swapcard zap

Hi there, I’ve built a Create Person zap to connect AirTable with a Swapcard account, using it to export attendee data from an AirTable base. All the data is coming through as expected with the exception of the Photo URL field which doesn’t manage to export over the attendee’s headshot.I’ve checked that the images match the Swapcard spec (200x200px and <1MB in size) but struggling to work out what the issue is.Has anyone else used this zap successfully including getting headshots in?

Is there a way to sync the information from a Monday.com project to the assigned people  totheir Google Calendar? What I need to do is make it to where the people (crew) assigned to a project get a calendar invite automatically. Most crucial info needed to be included is project name, date, location, crew and project manager.

Create new Discord Channel action

I’m thinking of setting up a shared Google Calendar for my Discord server, and in a perfect world, would automate so that every non-recurring event created on it would automatically get a Discord channel opened with the same name as the event. For instance, “Friday Night Gaming” gets created on the calendar for 6/18, and a new channel shows up in Discord called “#friday-night-gaming-06-18”. However, don’t see the option to create channels from Zapier...does anyone know if something like this would be possible?

Trigger on event end in SimplyBook.me to Klaviyo email action

Hello, I am trying to get my bookings from simply book me to Klaviyo so that we can automatically send a review email AFTER the tour has ended from Klaviyo with the review to be put on google.When setting up the zap  - the option i have is for straight after new booking, booking cancelled or amended. Obviously I need to wait until after the appointment/tour so I tried to add a filter that says only trigger when end date is after the current date (but I dont know the code for current date).  So if anyone know that I think it willhelp. Happy with other alternatives - our simply book me goes into a google calendar and I can set a zap to start after meeting ends but the client details incl email are in the notes section. So get stuck there as well. Look forward to any ideas thanks

Xero - Update Contact Name

Hi everyone,Zapier works fine when you send outbound message from salesforce, then Create or Update Contact. Only when you try updating Contact Name, no way. Does anyone know if we can do this zap:Get outbound message from Salesforce (Salesforce) Find record by Account Number (Xero) Update the Contact Name of the record found at (2) replace the Account Name sent from (1)3 is impossible because Zapier/Xero don’t offer simply Update action. (Only we have Create or Update Contact)Thank you!

I want to make a zap that only exports Jotform submissions that HAVE opted in to my email newsletter. My ESP is ActiveCampaign, and I’m having trouble creating this conditional automation because I don’t know how to filter by opt in instead of text. Screenshot of what I mean is attached. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Zoho Inventory to Google Sheets- update on an existing sales order

Hello everyone! Does anyone know if it is possible to use Zapier to keep a Sheets file updated with all the sales orders from Zoho Inventory. I found a way to add the information in new rows, but when there is an update in an existing Sale Order in Zoho, Zapier will not update it in Sheets. Is there a way around that issue?Thanks a lot for your help

Gravity Forms trigger - only sample data values available

Hi, I’m trying to complete a Zap which is triggered with a Gravity Form request. But I can’t complete it because it never loads any newly submitted data, just the Bilbo Baggins test data. I can’t finish the zap without actual real data. Why won’t it load recently submitted data?The zap is live and working, but only because I have hard coded some of the data that should be coming in from the zap. Thanks, Tim
