  • Find Many Spreadsheet Rows in Google Sheets - reduce number of returned rows to maximum of 5

Hello!

 

I have a zap where a client submits a google form response > Find Many Rows uses two of the form responses to find rows in an existing Google Sheet > The bottom 10 returned rows are formatted and sent back to the client using the email they provided. 

Find Many Rows can find and return UP TO 10 rows, but is there a way to limit the number of returned items so the client only receives 5? I don’t see an option for that in the step itself, and struggling to come up with filter logic that would accomplish that.

One option would be use use Airtable instead of GSheets.

App APIs can be used in the Zap with a Webhooks action step: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/integrations#triggers-and-actions
