WordPress ran into an issue. Error code 403 - authentication failed

I am having some issues connecting Zapier with Wordpress. it was working perfectly fine up until last week and now I have tried to reconfigure/reconnect but it doesnt work at all. I have attached the screenshot of the error. We hit an error adding your new accountauthentication failed: WordPress ran into an issue. Is there a Zap template to create Google Doc/PDF from multiple scanned images?

I am looking to see if an existing Zap can create a Doc or PDF from a scan of multiple items, specifically post cards. I plan to do the following: I get returned post card mailers that need to be scanned and then sent and want then all in on doc or one doc a week. They might be scanned on Evernote or if Google has a scan app or if I phones have a native scan app. Then, if say 10 pictures/scans are done, I'd like those to automatically go on to a Google Doc or maybe a PDF to then automatically be emailed. If anone knows of existing ZAP templates that do that with any of those apps, please comment.

How to prevent bots using services like Zapier from spying on Discord servers?

There is no privacy and they are making fun of a whole community through this method. We theorize that they got a user doing this for them, so does this means that bots such as Zapier work without having them on your own server? as long the other server that gets the info has it. Is there a way to get rid of this issue? The fact a community server can be compromised like this through only one user to another server seems like something very serious that can be used with malicious intents such as the situation my server is in. Questions:Does zapier works if its in the server that gets the information of the other server, while the server being compromised does not have the bot but a user serving as a bridge? Is there any way to avoid this? like kicking the user that is compromising the

Values selected for Paths steps aren’t being saved

Has anyone had an issue where the paths are not “remembering” the trigger you type in the section?  No matter what I type in “Enter or Select Value”, once you navigate away this section will be blank and the path will not run correctly. This is an issue I am seeing today, I have many ther zaps set up with paths that have the trigger working fine however any zaps I try to create today the path trigger is being removed.

Possible to publish HTML to the web via Zapier?

Hi, I’m looking for a setup to publish HTML to the web via Zapier. I have a Typeform quiz and using the answers from that quiz, I fill in a html template in Zapier. For each new entry, the HTML is different. Currently, I sent this html as an email to the user that made the entry. But I would prefer to show the html as a webpage. I was thinking that it might be possible combining Zapier with Github, but unfortunately haven’t found the solution yet. Does anybody have an idea how to get the result I want?  Many thanks!

I cannot pass mailing address from RegFox to Salesforce

I’m trying to pass the Mailing Address (Mailing Street, Mailing Street2, City, State, PostalCode, Country) from Regfox to Salesforce by using Zapier. My Zap works partially! It’s passing all the fields except for the Mailing Address. I cannot even find them when trying to Insert Data under “New Registrant in Regfox”. Have you ever run into this issue? What do I need to enter in order to capture those fields? Please advise!I was recommend to enter something like this: {{128934324__registrants.data.address.street1}} but it doesn’t work. The Mailing field is still empty in Salesforce. Besides, what is “128934324”. What does it represent? Shouldn’t it be dynamic? Please help! Thanks!

  The likely solution here is you’d need to have a lookup table with Google Sheets to handle multiple line items. @steph.n How would I create a google sheet containing the Salesforce line items? Each line item is it’s own record in Salesforce. Also, how would a lookup table be used in this case? I see it being used as a reference tool in the link.

Hey everyone.I work for a small managed IT company that uses ConnectWise for service tickets and time tracking but has recently starting using monday.com for actual project management activities. Since these two products don’t have a direct integration yet, I’ve been tasked with trying to get them to share as much information as possible using Zapier.So far, I’ve got one relatively simple function working, which is that when a new project ticket is created in CW, it appears in monday.com. Easy peasy. However, I’m having a hard time figuring out the trigger/action formula for some of the other things we want to do, or even if those things are possible with what these products surface to Zapier.For example, in a perfect world, we’d love the two products to be able to share information back and forth. So for example, when someone updates a “conversation” item for a monday.com project, that will automatically be added as an internal note on the corresponding ConnectWise project ticket. And

Hello,I need a solution that sends user meta data (preferably only select user meta) to a spreadsheet when they complete a learndash course in a specific course category.  For example, we have 200 elearning courses organized in a variety of course categories.  When a student completes any course in “category X”, I need their user data sent to a spreadsheet.  Is this possible with zapier?  If so, can you briefly explain the zap?

How to add daily CSV export into Airtable

Hello! I’ve tried a few solutions from the community here, but haven’t had any luck so I’m posting as a unique question. I use a closed system which allows me to export a CSV of applicant records daily and I’d like to use that file to upload data to our Airtable workspace. Here’s the workflow:Daily, at midnight, the system generates a CSV of all records (existing and new) and loads it to file storage (currently Google Drive, but can be Box or Dropbox). It overwrites the previous file.  Problem step: I’d like Zapier to read and parse the file so I can map fields to Airtable.  From there, I’m super-comfortable with Airtable workflows -- it’s really just cracking the CSV so I can use the fields. I’ve tried Formatter with both Box and Drive, but I keep having an issue with Line Items showing up blank. Any feedback or direction would be awesome! Thank yoU!

Can't find Mailchimp tag in setup of Zapier

I've created 3 specific Mailchimp tags (in Mailchimp) but none of them are showing in Zapier when I either want to add/update a subscriber or add subscriber to tag in my workflow. Most of my other tags are showing though (not all however). I'm using a free plan (both Mailchimp and Zapier). Anyone any ideas?

Customize email body from SurveyMonkey fields

Hi, I am trying to send an email with Outlook to a user who completes a surveymonkey form. In the surveymonkey form, there are several different services which the user can select (checkboxes) based on what they are interested in. I would like to create a follow-up email to that user which includes more information about each of these services, but I don’t want to include information about services they are not interested in. I’m having trouble figuring out the best way to create, essentially, an if/then scenario in which: if [INTERESTED_IN_SERVICE_A = TRUE], include [TEXT ABOUT SERVICE A] in email, if [INTERESTED_IN_SERVICE_B = TRUE], include [TEXT ABOUT SERVICE B] in email, etc. Any thoughts about how to create this with Zapier would be much appreciated. How to use Zapier to plug in data from Typeform submission into document template

Is there a way to have data from form submission link to a text doc, such as word?  For example, could I have the form data (name) linked to a text doc like word, so "Hello (name)"  would be replaced with "Hello Sally"?My text doc is more complicated than that, but that’s the main idea.  Any help to point me in the right direction is appreciated!

Hello,I would like to create a Zap where a prospect is sent to Livespace and tagged only when he or she replies to the second message in a Woodpecker or Meetalfred campaign. Is it possible to somehow set the zap depending on the number of message/ follow-up?Also, second question, is there a possibility to create a zap that would add a particular tag to a base of prospects from a given campaign when it ends? Is it possible to send a Google Calendar invite to people who are added to a Marketo Program//SFDC Campaign? And if so, is there visibility on who is in the calendar invite on my Gmail Account? I’m trying to automate calendar invites to people who sign up for events. But it has been requested by people in my company to be able to see who is on the iCal event.   Ideally, I would like to automatically send and iCal invite to people who register, then also add those people to spreadsheet that I can share internally share (status would be cool, but I’ve read in a previous post that, that is not possible). Thanks

Creating WordPress Custom Posts from Zapier

I have the Zapier for WordPress plugin installed and activated.  I have a custom post type and I need to be able to add a post from Zapier.  When setting up the action, I can see the custom post type in the list, select it but it doesn’t fetch the custom fields.If I select a regular post, it does fetch the fields correctly so that functionality is working.  I’m just at a loss as to how to get it to fetch the custom fields from a CPT.I’ve tried every setting for the CPT I can think of but, nothing works.  Any help or suggestions gratefully received!
