Is it possible to exit a loop and move on to non looped steps?
Hi,I’ve looked into the documentation and older forum questions and I can’t really find anyone talking about this in the specific way I’m looking for.What I want to do is to have looped steps in the middle of my Zap, but I want the loop to end before the end of the whole Zap. Here’s an example of what I mean:Form is filled by client and there’s a field that contains multiple answers split by commas Split the text in that field by comma Start loop For each item in the field, do X For each item in the field, do Y End loop Do something else that has nothing to do with the loopEvery time I create a loop, all the subsequent steps are nested inside the loop automatically. Is there a way to avoid this? I know I could just put anything past step 4 before the loop, but the logic of my Zap makes more sense if I put them after the loop.
Active campaign and thinkific problem
Hi there, I am using active campaign and thinkific for this.On Active campaign I have an automation set up and working but Id like to create a zap which removes people from that automation if they sign up on thinkific,I have tired to do that a couple times but none of them have worked so far. On the zap selections I tried the zap which works when customer create new profile and when they make a purchase of the course and also when they enrol on the course selected.Im not sure what else to do to get this to work, Thank you everyone.
Moodle User Profile custom fields not available in Zap
Hi,My Zap links Moodle with Salesforce. I’m using the “New Enrolled Student in a Course in Moodle” trigger and for the most part it works. I can create a new record in Salesforce with the student’s name and email address and the name of the course.However, I have three mandatory custom fields on the Moodle User profile, and I need these adding to the Salesforce record when the user enrols on a course. Unfortunately, I don’t see them in the list of Moodle fields available to me in the Zap editor. The mandatory fields are used to categorise reports in Salesforce, as they include things like the user’s role, department and specialisation.My fear is that they are not visible to the Zap because these fields exist in the user profile and are not passed to the course when the user registers? The Zap is only pulling in fields from the course?Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
How can I add more than one stage in sales process
Hello everyone,I am connecting Hubspot with Facebook and when I have to set up action section for Facebook, specifically Sales info → Stage in sales process, I can only add 1 stage. However, the documentation says: “Make sure to send all stages as they are updated, including the initial raw lead stage. We will use Hubspot's Lifecycle Stage property to represent this.” But as you can see in the image below, I only have one which is the same to the results of testing trigger section (hubspot) Could you please provide a solution? How can I add more stages?
Creating new Expense in QuickBooks without Defining Vendor
I want to connect Airwallex to QuickBooks Online, when a new card transaction happens I want to create an Expense in my QBO account. When setting it up in Zapier I am being asked to select a Vendor in QuickBooks, but the vendor depends on the transaction. How can I add in an Expense but have it select the Vendor at the time the expense is added?
Will Zapier provide a solution to enable set up of new Webhooks with Zoom?
I posted this question two months ago but did not get a response before it was closed for replies. I’d really appreciate a response from Zapier on this:I need to set up new Webhooks to link Zoom with Zapier for those use cases which are not supported by the out-of-the-box triggers, for example, I need a trigger for people registering for all meetings and webinars, and for those who login to attend a meeting or webinar.This used to be straight forward to do, but now there is an issue caused by a change made by Zoom as they upgraded their system security, but which has not, so far, been accommodated by Zapier. As I result, it seems as if we cannot create new Webhooks for Zapier or edit existing ones. In addition, it seems as if existing Webhooks will cease to work in October.Does anyone know if there is a workaround for this or when Zapier will release a solution?
Is the Starter plan enough for one Path and 5 Actions?
I have a Zap like in the screenshot, with a total of 5 Actions and one Path (this one having 2 steps and 2 Actions per Step).Is the Starter plan enough for it?Because when i publish it i get a message inviting me to do 7-day trial of Enterprise, but i guess Starter is enough.Thanks

Hi, we have a process involving many separate departments/colleagues which should be tracked. When a new row is created in a google sheet, I’d like Zapier to fire off a slack message or email to users in specific columns, and keep reminding them of this at a regular interval until a checkbox is marked in their column on the row.Is there any way of achieving this?
Slack: Trigger for Bot Messages set to "No," but still getting a bot message loop
Hi, I’ve set up a Zap for whenever there’s a message posted to a Slack channel, a Clubhouse story is created (works great), and then a message posts back to the Slack thread (works great) to close the loop.My initial Slack action is set to Trigger for bot messages?: No, and the messages are indeed coming through as from a bot. The Zap, however, is triggering on these bot messages, creating an endless loop.The Zap is as follows: When a Slack message is posted in channel #bugs, (that isn’t a bot) Create a story in Clubhouse Then post a message back to the Slack thread using the timestamp.Initially this works great, and posts to the thread a single time. Then the loop starts and the 3rd part of the Zap starts posting into the main channel. Anyone dealt with this before? Any workarounds?
New Order in Shopify to access course in Kajabi

Delay by Zapier: Answers to a questionnaire
Hello!More of a question than a problem. Let me explain the situation: The trigger is a new row in my Google Sheets in response to a Google Form. Then I have added a condition: Continue if DAY = today. So far there is no problem, the question comes next. Now I want to add a delay, as I have to make a query to an external weather API and I have to make the query based on historical data, so I have to delay 1 day with respect to the date recorded in the Google Sheets response. So, my question is: If I delay 1 day the query for this row and another (or others) user answers another questionnaire fulfilling, also, the DAY condition mentioned above, what will happen with this second row? do the rows work independently or until the execution of the first row does not start the execution of the following ones fulfilling the DAY condition?What I would like:I would like that if 20 users (for example) answer "today", each row can be executed independently at the same time.If this already happens
Adding and removing blocks to Google Calendar
Is there a way to create a zap that would add calendar blocks across a 6-month period, and remove them if needed later? We have several people scheduling sessions and need to ensure none of us book the same time slot on any given day. Each customer gets 7 meetings over a 6-month period. Manually blocking the times we’ve offered our customers, while awaiting their confirmation, is time consuming - and then, if different times are needed, we have to go in and delete all the blocks and start over. I just wanted to confirm there isn’t a Zapier way to do this! Perhaps a zap from Google Sheets where we enter dates/times and some sort of trigger word? Calendly could also be an option, if that would work, but we already have dates in a spreadsheet so that would be the easiest approach.
Need help generating and sending coupon codes for purchase
I need to be able send customers group of coupon codes. So the ideal workflow would be Customer fills out form on Squarespace → Zapier searches in Google Sheets for a range of codes → Google Sheets exports codes in emails to customer → Google Sheets updates list of codes to make them ‘used’ I found a really helpful article for doing this for a single coupon code (linked below), but need to be able to do this for batches of 5-10 coupons codes. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Hi! We want Zapier to create a spreadsheet row every time an appointment is created from WooSender, and we also want to include their email, phone number, city and state to googlesheet. How can we map these information? We can’t find them when we use the trigger Appointment Created in WooSender.

The usual workflow for embeddings is to bulk embed a bunch of documents and then use those documents to compare against the question.I don’t understand what the “Documents” stand for here. It seems I should just have the original strings to search against? Or is it my embeddings file that I can insert here. In that case - how do I link it here?
How to exchange data between Zaps
Hi all, i am working on an onboarding process. When a onboarding calendly call is created, there will be g-drive folders created etc. On the end i create a channel with customer name (took the data out of the calendly meeting name) and send a message in this channel.In other zaps, i also want to send notification to specific channels. For Example:in another zap i create an asana project out of a template after a google event. When the project is created, i want to send a notification in the specific customer channel. Is there a way to store such data as customer name + channel id etc?How can I send the information from my first zap to my second zap?do I have to use airtable or something? Thank you much.
How to update Notion database of Twitter followers ranking automatically every day
I want to create a ranking of the number of Twitter followers in Notion database and have it automatically updated every day.Let's say I have a list of Twitter user IDs of CEOs of tech companies in Notion. Is it possible to get the ID from the first row of the database, get the current number of Twitter followers, update the column and repeat that from the top to the bottom of the database? What is a Google Assistant "New Pushed Voice Message"?
Google stupidly can’t natively create a task from the Google Assistant. I’m trying to use this integration: https://zapier.com/apps/google-assistant/integrations/google-tasksI don’t understand what a “Pushed Voice Message” is in Google assistant. I set the automation up and as instructed I say, “Ok Google, start Zapier” and it just opens the web page on the phone. Then it stops listening for my “Trigger phrase”.What am I doing wrong?
