Question

Delay after queue - Possible error email alerts

Hello,

I have recently added a Delay After Queue step to all my zaps. It is working well and the zaps keep running smoothly. However, I get multiple email alerts per day about a possible error in my various zaps that are slowly flooding my inbox. How do I turn off the email alerts? Note I have setup other email notifications that I still need delivered so would like to avoid blocking all alerts from Zapier to my inbox.

Thank you

Nadim

You can change the settings for email notifications through the settings tab.

Settings → Notifications → Default alert notifications

Alternatively, you could create a filter in your inbox to archive/label error emails automatically.

Hi @nadim

What is the possible error indicated in the email alert?

Error summary

Delay by Zapier

Task was stopped because its Zap has diverged too much due to changes in the addition/removal/ordering of steps, or substitution of apps.

Thank you. I checked my zap history and I replayed one of the zap runs marked with “needs review”. It seems to work, but the problem is there are 80 zap runs that need to be replayed and if I rerun them all, my users will be flooded with wrong notifications, or I will need to clear them slowly over the next couple of weeks, but still my users will notice unusual notifications.
