Can you automate the creation of a new "jobsite" in When I Work that's triggered by starting a new Microsoft Teams Channel?

Hello, I have a sort of niche question.

We use Teams to help track jobs/projects and When I Work to track labor/hours. At the creation of a new Microsoft Team’s Channel, I’d like a new jobsite to be created in When I Work. While the Team’s channel has a longer string of text, I’d like the jobsite to only pull 4 numbers from that title (ideally).

any help or guidance is appreciated - or even if someone says it’s not doable based on the current Actions available through When I Work.
