Installed does not necessarily mean there is activity via Zapier.
You’d have to check the other suggestions to try to determine if there is activity via Zapier.
Otherwise, you’d need access to Zapier to see activity via Zapier.
NOTE: You should own the Zapier account that is used for your apps.

Since Shopify is a premium app, there's likely a paid Zapier account associated with the Zapier plugin on your website.
