Just wanted to check how you're getting on, were you able to get that email address removed?
If not, like Troy said, can you share a bit more detail on where you're trying to delete it from? I see you tagged Mailchimp here, are you trying to remove it from a specific contact list, or are you searching for it across your contacts to find and delete it if it’s not recognized?
