Hello Everyone,I'm looking to set up an automated process that activates once a Google Calendar event concludes. The aim is to collect the email addresses of all attendees and save them either in a Zapier Table or a Google Sheet. Following this, I want the system to cross-reference these email addresses with those in NetHunt CRM. If there's a match, the automation should automatically update the 'Last Updated' field for the corresponding contact in NetHunt CRM. I'm not sure how to implement this automation—could you provide guidance on how to set it up?Thanks,

- I have a sheet created on Google Sheets.- The sheet contains dates in the following format: "2013-05-07" in column "D"I need an email notification to arrive 30 days before the date entered.Furthermore, all the data in the other columns must be included in the email.

I am trying to set up a Zap between Squarespace and MailerLite so that when new purchases are made, customers are added to a group on MailerLite. From what I can see, the only trigger option for Squarespace is new form submissions.I noticed that on Squarespace products, during checkout, there is an option to include a custom form, which I added. However, I am not picking up the form on Zapier. Does this not fall under the ‘New Form Submission’ trigger?

I have created a cancellation form in WPForms to find out why subscribers are cancelling and for the cancellation to work they have to select their membership level. In the form it has Monthly and Yearly levels. But paid memberships pro level_ID is 1 (Monthly) and 2 (Yearly). How would i format the data to say if Monthly is selected convert it to 1 and if Yearly is selected convert it to 2?

Hello!!I need help to associate the deal with line items in hubspot, The fields are to be captured from formsite. I have multiple fields where user selects the products, the selected field should go as a line item, if the quantity selected is none. I want to proceed to the next step without error. I've tried to create a python code to create a line item and then associate to the deal. Im not finding success. could someone advise me on this?

I’m looking to combine two columns into one in my Notion DB. The columns are both Person properties and I need the combined column to also keep the Person property features (which is why I can’t combine with a formula within Notion). I tried the Updated DB trigger and Update DB action but it went into a loop. Any thoughts on how I can achieve this?

Hello First of all I would like to thank anybody who would be able to take the time to support me, as I am a new user and my questions may sound a bit basic. I run a cooking class business and I receive booking from different online agencies, such as Klook, Get your guide, Viator... Each of those agencies sending me emails when I have a booking and each agencies having their own templates. What I am trying to achieve is to be able:- to automatically create an event in my shared calendar when I receive a booking (I use Teamup but I could use Google Calendar if that helps).- to automatically delete an event when I receive a cancellation from the agencies. What I did so far was to take the first agency, creating a mailbox with an email adress of Email Parser, define my template with the booking message used by this agency to create the fields, and create my Zap. The questions I have is:- shall I create one different mailbox (so fo

I’d like to send an SMS message using Twilio to remind a customer of an upcoming event on my Google Calendar.   Is there a way to extract a phone number from my Calendar event to be used for the “To number” in the Twilio Send SMS event?I currently have the customers number in the notes section of the Calendar Event, but if there is a better way I’ll be all in!

Hi, I’m trying to decipher what’s the best way to use ChatGPT (Web version, not their API as the quality of generations is better) to generate images and save to Google Drive. The best I got was to use “Actions” https://actions.zapier.com/gpt/actions/ with the help of this youtube tutorial but I’m stuck.It doesn’t upload the actual image but a txt file with a brief description. My preferred scenario would be to:1. Generate an image with Custom GPT2. Save it to my drive​​​​​​3. Save the prompt / description created by ChatGPT as well.Any ideas?thanks

I was able to successfully connect Simplybookme to Zoom using Zapier. However, I would like an email with a Zoom link to be sent to the client every time a new appointment is booked on SimplyBook. Right now a zoom meeting is created in my zoom account every time a new appointment is booked on Simplybook. However, the zoom link is not emailed automatically to the client. I need help please ASAP. Thank you

Is there a way to send user responses from Zapier chatbot into a Zap? I’ve got the zap connected to the chatbot, but as far as I can tell, there’s no way for me to get the user’s responses in there.

I create a folder in OneDrive with Zapier, and then I want to copy link to it and insert to Monday.com. Not really sure why that doesn't work. Something to do with permissions to the files? How do I copy the "shareable” link and attach it to Monday.com 

When we create a new record in a Smartsheet sheet(Intake sheet), we copy a sheet from a template file to a new location(quote). We are looking add the recently created sheet(quote) as an attachment to the original row that was created(Intake). Is there way to select the latest sheet that was added as an attachment?

I was looking at this several times ( https://zapier.com/apps/categories/ai-tools  ) but haven’t surfaced something yet, maybe I’m missing something.So, I know OpenAI/ChatGPT (and Claude) can do AI generation of text and images, respectively.I want something to generate audio files of music soundtracks that I can add to a video that Zapier is processing for me. Is there anything that works, recommendations please? Even something that makes short 15-30 sec. clips based on a prompt would be nice.I imagine if it exists on here, it’s quite new.I looked at non-AI music sources, and it looks like for YouTube and Spotify and SoundCloud, I can’t actually COPY AND ADD a music file (likely for legal reasons) onwards, just a link.Tips appreciated!

Sometimes an Incident in ServiceNow (like most Ticketing systems) will include an attachment, which is typically a screen shot or picture.While we have working process for capturing the Incidents and using the info to create Tickets in ConnectWise PSA, I am wondering if there is a way to automatically capture/transfer attachments?Currently, as I have access to both systems and monitor what is happening, I can manually capture them and move them between systems, but it sure would be great to have Zaps handle this!

Some of the emails are showing up with the following message inside slack with: “you must have an html-capable mail reader to view this message.” For most emails, I’m able to view the entire code in my email and body of the email (this is the goal). Any ideas on how to ensure the entire body of the email ends up in slack?James

Hello, I have a question and I’m not sure if I’m in the right place to ask it nor how to ask the quuestion. I’m creating a website on wordpress that sells a service. Users have to submit responses using heyflow and when the responses get submitted a page that contains the services appears, the user  can choose  a service and get redirected to the checkout page and pay for the service. Since I’ve never done that before, I found it difficult to create this logic : when the user submits the responses how can I  get the data on googlesheets? including the service he chose and payment details etc.. 

I want to create a zap where when a google sheet is updated with a new row of entry, a lookup list in Fastfield form gets updated with the updated google sheet values.I don’t know what to insert in File field.
