How do I collect and store GCLID for offline Google Ads conversion with Livestorm?

Hi there, I’m trying to send offline conversion to google ads for news registrant in a livestorm event. In order for the conversion to be taken into acount i have to enter the google click ID (GCLID) but Livestorm doesn’t store those id’s and it’s not a parameter that is available in the livestorm app. How can i collect and store those GCLID to make it work ? How do I change the date and time format in the German setting in Zapier?

Hello,I have a Zap which is triggered when a button is clicked in Stacker. Then the date and time is changed to German time (screenshot) and an email is sent with Gmail.I have a problem with the conversion of the time. The result is basically correct (2023-09-01 07:00:00 +0200), but I want it to be written like this: 01.09.2023 07:00 - or DD.MM.YYYY HH.MM. How do I have to change the second step so that my result is output?Thanks!

How do I auto-reply in a specific Slack-message-thread?

To clearify what I want to do. In Slack, there is a channel called "Serbia-production." In the Slack channel named "Serbia-production," there is already a message named "BLV@BLV.SE." In the Slack message "BLV@BLV.SE," we communicate through its built-in thread about the project. When a project is completed, I want an automatic text reply message to be sent to the thread above. We only communicate about specific clients in specific threads under specific messages in a specific channel.I want a specific threaded message to be sent to that specific thread through an auto-reply to the thread. I cannot see that there is a Zapier/Slack automation for this. The message should be in a specific message thread located in a specific channel. How can I solve this?

How to sync Humanitix event attendee data to a Google Sheet with correct field mapping?

I’m trying to automate downloading the Humanitix.com detailed attendee report to a google sheet. The problem I’m having is that the field names in the Attendee report, and the field names that Zapier is assigning are completely different, and I can’t figure out how to map them so I know what headers to create in the Google Sheet. Has anyone had any success in syncing Humanitix event attendee data to a Google Sheet using Zapier?

How do I create a Google Calendar event with half duration of the original event?

I can successfully make a new Google Calendar event based on the data of an existing Google calendar entry. However, I would like to make that new calendar event a variation of the existing calendar event. For instance, if it is a 1 hour meeting for the original event, I want to make the Zapier generated event to be 30 minutes (half of the duration). It appears that for a new calendar entry, I must give it the start time and the end time (rather than the start time plus the duration).The new start time = the old end time plus half of the duration.I would like to do something like Event Ends + Duration/2 but that doesn’t seem to work. Right now I am hard coding it with Event Ends + 45m but that doesn’t work for most use cases.

Hello to everybody,I have a wordpress site that publish articles with different categories.I would like to create a newsletter that contained an excerpt of the wordpress article, and I am thinking that digest is the right zap for it, once. a new article is created, the zap send the excerpt to Zap digest, and then the digest is released once per week.The challenge is that I would like to have different newsletter for each article category.Let’s assume I have a list for post related to Food, and another one for Home, and another one for Garden.I would like to have the zap that will send the excerpt to the Food digest in case the post contain the food category, home for home, and so on.The same post can belongs to more than one category, so the procedure should be able to send the excerpt to more than one digest.Any idea how to achieve that in an elegant way?many thanks in advance for help

How Do I filter for direct tracking of field changes within Google Calendar events?

I’ve created a Zap for our internal use that will send a DM in Slack to the attendees of an updated (confirmed) Google calendar event and it works great! I’ve set the filter to only continue if the Color Id matches the color id associated with a “Confirmed” event (Color id 2) or if the Color id does not contain the Color id for a “Tentative” event. Filter Rules For Step 2Where The Color ID Value Comes FromWhat I can’t figure out Is how to only trigger this Zap when this specific field has been updated to be “Color id 2” because currently if an event is “confirmed” on the calendar and someone updates the description field or any other field at a later time, this Zap gets triggered.Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated!And for anyone curios, steps 3 and 4 are just filters setup to remove the email address associated with the main calendar from the attendees list. I had to use 2 filters because depending on who was attending the event the email to filter could either have the c

Created a Zap from Affinity (CRM) to Slack - anytime the Status changes it posts the company name, current status, and who made the change. What I really want is to only post if the Status has a specific value (Active or Passed). Is there anyway to integrate IF THEN only post these specific status values? Can a Zap create a new candidate profile in Vincere?

I can’t see ‘create new candidate’ on the list of options, only ‘create new contact’. Does anyone know if it’s possible to create a new candidate in Vincere with a Zap? At this stage I only have a free personal account and as a business we haven’t set anything up. I think I can create new zaps with a paid account but just not sure if I can create this one. I want to try and understand if it can be done before we move forward setting up a Zapier account.

Hi! I've created task board in Notion and want to integrate it with Google Task using Zapier. Idea is to create todos whenever I move task into In Progress column.As far as I've tested it Zapier action supports trigerring on item update, but sadly it is executed on every update. So if I move task from In Progress to Done I get new task as well.Do you have any idea how to restrict executions only to certain changes in database?

I am connecting to Hubspot and using the “Find Contact in HubSpot” connector. I would like to search for contacts where a field contains data but there seems to be no way to do this. It seems like you can only filter where field equals value.Please help me identify if I can search for a record where the primary search criteria contains data and the secondary search criteria is the value I want to match.(I want to find contacts that meet two items of criteria.)

Can I bypass Google Sheets and import CSV directly into Zapier from Tableau BI tool?

We’re transitioning from Periscope to Tableau as our BI tool - I understand there are no native integrations so there’s going to need to be some sort of CSV intermediary file.In Periscope we can expose an endpoint that is a .csv and are currently running an google sheet app script (example below) to pull this CSV in to the Google Sheet and then using the Sheet->Zapier trigger to send the data to other systems.With needing to re-write everything with the new BI tool I’m wondering what options there are to skip the step of using the google sheet and app script to pull in the CSV first before Zapier can action it. How to set up Zapier conditions for tags in CRM?

Hi everyone! I have a quick question about how to set up the conditions that deal with tags that a contact has in the CRM. My question is:Of course, one contact can have multiple tags.Should I use "Contains" and "Does not contain"? In this case, I'm considering only one specific tag.If I choose "Exactly matches", does it take into account the entire "string" of the tags that a contact has? (I want to consider only one).
