I'm trying to set up a zap to help me send a follow-up email after 3 months. I know that dates can't be more than 1 month in the future, but would the Autoreplay button help to sort this out?

You can use Airtable to track and trigger.
Airtable has Views.
Views can have Filters. (e.g, Date field = Today)
Airtable has Automations.
Airtable Automations have native integrations with Gmail/Outlook.
