I want to connect Lemlist (Sales Outreach) & HeyGen (mass-personalized video generation). I tried and I failed. Maybe it’s not possible, maybe I’m too dumb :)
I imagine this flow:
Goal: I want to send a mass-personlized video to a lead after a certain time of a campaign.
1. Trigger: A lead reaches a certain point in an outreach campaign, e.g. I sent one Email and one LinkedIN message.
2. Lemlist should tell Zapier: hey, this lead with name XYZ reached a specific point of a campaign
3. Zapier should send this info to HeyGen
4. HeyGen should create a video with the speaker directly addressing the lead with the name, that it received from Lemlist via Zapier
5. HeyGen should send a GIF thumbnail with the Link to the personalized video to to Zapier
6. Zapier should push this to Lemlist
7. Lemlist should take the GIF with the link to the video, put it in an email and send the email to the lead
Maybe I am asking too much here :)

sure. So this is how a campaign looks like on Spendesk:
If a lead does not reply, I want to create a customized video for this lead on heygen which is then linked in the next email.
My firs issue is, that nothing that somehow related to any step in the lemlist campaign can be selected as a trigger:
None of these options make sense:
Even if I wanted to do something that is provided here, it seems to make no sense. E.g. even if I say that the moment a lead opens the first email, then I get asked to do something with “only first” which I dont know what that would mean. Also if I click in the “search” window, there is no options.
Long story short, i don’t even know how to set up the trigger properly. Maybe it doesnt even work the way I imagine?
