👋 Hi everyone!I'm working on a Zap that takes unstructured data to create flight tickets. The catch is that the number of fields like passengers or flight legs can vary. This creates an issue with the merged tags as they get mixed up.Has anyone dealt with a similar issue? How do you manage dynamic fields in a Zap?Thanks in advance! 🙏
Hi, I am using a platform called Soundee(Website) and I want to connect it with Google Sheets, but I’m having trouble connecting the 2. So what I want to do is: When somebody makes a transaction on Soundee then I want the data(example: email, name, product name etc..) to get transferred over to Google Sheets! How can I make chatgpt to write a small piece of text from a long piece of text?Hi! I want to use chatgpt to repurpose my written content, but I can’t get it to read the content I’m giving it. As now, my steps are:New row in a google sheet (where I paste a text like a blog article) Conversation with ChatGPT (where I give the prompts starting with “read the text in column B and write a piece following this structure...” and the details) Writes the answer in column C of the google sheet.The problem is that Chatgpt is making up the content...it uses the structure and the prompt I am giving him, but not the content from the article I want to be rewritten. Does anybody know if it is the prompt or it is the set up of the zap?
I am working on a Zap that creates an expense in QuickBooks Online corresponding to each ShipStation shipment that is created. However, there doesn't seem to be a way to specify whether the expense amounts passed to QuickBooks Online are exclusive or inclusive of sales taxes or out of scope of taxes. This is something that is required when creating an expense manually in QuickBooks Online in order to ensure the correct tax treatment. So should it not be part of a Zap action item that creates an expense in QuickBooks Online?Thanks.

Hi,I’m looking to transcribe the contents of a new video posted to a Youtube channel and then summerise the content using ChatGPT.ChatGPT doesn’t seem to like receiving Youtube URLs (correct me if I’m wrong) and doing this straight off.I’ve therefore explored using Temi, but that generates a txt file that again GPT doesn’t like. In my work I often have to use non-English news sources. I have found ways of making digest of social media posts and YouTube videos of certain topics to go through as well as translate them automatically using Zapier but have been unable to figure out how to do that with non-English news sites (primarily Chinese). Any suggestions as to how I would be able to do this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I am trying to lookup a field in Salesforce and return a specific related field. In this example I am trying to match a field “Instagram Handle” that is already stored at the account level in Salesforce, and have it return the related contact for that accounts email. So far I am able to match the account by instagram handle using “find records” - how do I then match those record details to the related Contact Email field? (I should mention that I know the matching can be accomplished on the Salesforce side - but I’m trying to avoid that as we have a very curated dashboard for our sales team. Also, this is part of a wider flow operations where I am trying to match accounts that have tagged our account on instagram to their CRM email so we can add them to a lead scoring program in Marketo)
I’m having a heck of a time right nowI track my ‘deep work’ hours across the day with Timeular and then I’l manually enter my deep work minutes in a number table in my Notion journal.I want to be able to automatically have my deep work hours updated for the current day of my journal automatically. Hi there, Does anyone know how to create a successful zap if someone creates a profile on Thinkific, abandons their cart or their payment fails? I haven’t been able to find a successful zap for any of these scenarios into Flodesk. There is a way to create a new subscriber in Flodesk when each one of these events occurs, BUT this “Zap” also gets triggered when someone enrolls in a new course. So they end up showing up as enrolled in the course and “cart abandonment” status within Flodesk. I tried using the filter option, but don’t see anything to filter on within zapier that would signify this is a cart abandonment/ failed payment. Does that make sense? Any insight would be appreciated.
I understand that if I delete a task from my history I will not get the credits back. However, if I delete a scheduled task, will that stop the task from completing? For example, if I am running a sales campaign for three weeks, and after my first touch someone says they are not interested, can I go in and delete all follow up tasks so that person does not receive an email from me over the next three weeks?
Hello, I am a beginner working with Zapier and our goal is to automate the process of transferring data from Shopify to Google sheet - for example, orders from Shopify. I know how to create a Zap to transfer data for each created order in Shopify. However, with a large number of orders, we quickly run out of prepaid tasks. Do you think that there is a possibility to download data, e.g. once a day in bulk and not after one order?So there wouldn't be one task = one order, but, for example, one taks = a summary of daily orders.Thank you for your answers and help.
I am wanting to setup an automation for when a photo is taken on a project in CompanyCam it will then update a status in Monday.com--Current automation: When an install is confirmed in Monday.com by our team, a Project with customer details gets created in CompanyCam, then CompanyCam add the project link in a column in Monday.com I need a way to update the status of the item (customer) in Monday.com to “On-Site” when the first picture is taken in that project on CompanyCam.
I have a Zap creating a card in Trello with the title of the folder name when a new folder is added to a shared Sharepoint folder, but the zap keeps adding a new identical card with every run even though the folder hasn’t been updated. Am I missing some form of lookup to check if the card already exists? I thought I’d done it based on created date but maybe it should be created date and time?
I’m adding multiple tags to mailchimp using sheets cell data in a previous step, it seems to be putting the 2 tags together as one in mailchimp rather than 2 separate tags. Am I supposed to be using a separator in the tags area in mailchimp?eg. Tag1 Tag2Turns into Tag1Tag2 in mailchimp.

I am trying to set up a Zap that would retrieve information from a bill in Quickbooks, and then put this info in Monday.To do so, I’ve chosen the trigger called “New Bill in Quickbooks Online”. I can see all the info (i.e. the doc number, amount invoiced, description, due date etc.) about the bill, except for its PDF. Does anyone know why?Thank you!

I want to create a New Lead in BullHorn when an event happens in HubSpot however the Fields available for mapping in the Create New Lead action is limited and I could not see some fields I need to map to the New Lead (some are BullHorn custom texts). I am trying to create a zap that updates a task in clickup when a client books a call in calendly. My tasks in clickup are created by client’s first discovery call and it is pulling their first name and last name for task name. I want to add a tag to a task when they schedule their kickoff call. Everything is fine until I get to update the task.
