I have had a long running (for years) Zap that recently started throwing errors.Last Error Free run was: Jun 05, 2021 12:19:59 pmThe errors appear to be coming from Facebook and consist of "Please reduce the amount of data you're asking for, then retry your request"The odd thing is that the content is still posted to the group. Unfortunatly Zappier does not know this so after many failures it will disable the Zap and I will have to re-enable it.

I’m looking for a way to create a birthday/anniversary email automation. I regularly download a new CSV file with all my clients (includes date of purchase, name etc) to my computer (and on dropbox). I would like to create an automation that an outlook email is sent to each guest exactly 1 year after their purchase day.How do i go about this?
I am feeding a social media queue with the items from a website’s RSS feed. The social media queue being fed by RSS has a limitation that it adds the most recent update from the RSS feed to the next time slot in the queue. This would work fine, except one piece of news that has to be posted the last thing each night the day prior also needs to be the first thing posted on social media the next morning. Is it possible to use the Zapier RSS tools to create a new, custom RSS feed that updates once per day (say 3 a.m.) so it is sending the queue things in a different order?
I am trying to get a slack notification when a deal is close. Our opportunity has something called product and within product, there are items in a table like format. When a deal is closed, I want a slack notification that states that this deal is closed (I already got this part done) and here are the products that we sold. Attached is the opportunity page and the product list page that I want to export out in my slack message.
Hello everyone! So I have an Airtable database with currently 3 different rows. I’ve made a Zap with Outlook as the trigger and Airtable as the action. The trigger is set to be fired when a new mail is received in my inbox (that’s it for now). The action should be to import the attachments from these mails to the 3 different rows in Airtable based on the incoming mail. My question is: how do I differentiate between the rows in Airtable? Do I have to make 3 different Zaps? If so, what should I pick as Identifier in Outlook, if that’s possible to do?

So, my situation: - I have a Woocommerce store- After any created order, send an outbound email to two different shipping partners, using filter on product(name) (using the ‘Line items name’ data) to define which partner the email should go to.So far so good, I have created 2 Zaps, one for each of my shipping partners, since product X needs to be shipped by partner A and product Y should be shipped by partner B.I am using the ‘Line items name’ in the outbound emails to shipping partners. So here is my question: if a customer buys both Product X and Y, there are two emails being sent to both shippings partners. BUT due to privacy reasons, I don’t want shipping partner A to see the order name Y in their email, and vice versa for the email sent to partner B. FYI both product names are retrieved via the ‘Line items name’ data).Is there a way to do this?Hope there is a solution!Matt
Hello Support/Community!I am very experienced in Zapier but new to SurveyMonkey connector. I am working on a project where the goal is to get responses from surveys in Salesforce (and I know the Salesforce side very well too).The issue I am facing is that when I create my trigger and try out the “test trigger” option, I get an error message to the effect that no response has been entered yet for the specific survey.I went to the survey in question and entered a sample response, but got the same error.Questions:My survey is currently in Draft status. Must it be live? Is a successful fetch of a response dependent on the payment plan? Zapier mentions “annual paid plan” -- could lack of that be blocking my survey? My current plan is pay-as-go, with $1 per survey option. Is there any way that I can connect to multiple surveys and fetch data in the same zap? I can imagine that this would get complicated eventually but just curious. Or is one-survey-per-zap the only method supported? What if
We want to make a Zap that connect Lawconnect and the client receives an email with all the details of the consult that was selected and a jpg image with the address of the office. The problem is that I cant find LawConnect in the apps and in theory this is a launched app in Zapier.
Hello,I recently completed a Mailchimp integration from Salesforce where we set up a complex set of processes within SalesSalesforce-generated Mailchimp tags and then mirrored those tags to Mailchimp.Now, the company wishes to take it further and begin bringing Mailchimp activity data into Salesforce. Specifically, they want to track MC subscriber’s ratings and open rate, click rate. Currently, subscriber records get created in MC as well as in SF, then sent to MC. Newsletters are only mailed out from Mailchimp and MC tracks the click rate, open rate etc. Zapier does provide triggers to track both, and rating can be obtained during this time. HOWEVER, one zap can only track one campaign at a time, therefore for every campaign a new zap must be used. This is making the zapier-provided trigger unusable. The client’s preference is to bulk-fetch this information nightly or weekly, since this is used primarily for decision making on whom to pursue etc. Is this something feasible via zapier
HiI have in Podio (www.podio.com) a item with a lot of fields.One of the fields is a list where there is the possibility to choose more then one item (multiple values)When i connect Podio to Zapier, only one item of the multiple chosen ones is showing in the text value. Hello,I am trying to send conversions from a client’s CRM to Facebook using the Facebook Conversions Zap.When I reach the “Pixel” field, I can only choose pixels that were created by my business. I don’t see any pixels that I have full access to but were created by my clients.Based on this comment here, my impression is that I can manually type in the pixel ID and send the data that way, as shown in this screenshot:… but I don’t feel super confident about this.Is this going to work to let us send conversions?
Hello!I am having trouble figuring this out on my own. When using Salesforce, I want to be able to send a Gmail to the Contacts of an Opportunity when the Opportunity’s stage has been set to Closed Won. Is this function possible? I think there are some issues with it. Any help would be appreciated.
I have created a zap that takes a list of phone numbers from the notes section in podio and it validates the number. Once the number has been validated I am trying to have Zapier send the data back to podio and populate the phone number field. The problem is that I have a loop in my Zap and each time the phone number gets updated in podio it deletes the last loop iteration results. Is there a way to update the phone field in podio with multiple phone numbers without deleting the existing ones?
Does anyone know, how in a Sendinblue action the update type “reassign” is properly used?I tried it, but the update type seems to be out of function.An reassign update would be tremendous helpful for my worflows: I do not use the integrated Sendinblue sign-up forms, because they are so limited. Instead, I’m using Optinmonster forms which are connected via Zapier to Sendinblue. The double-opt-in process due to GDPR has to be rebuild as an automation in Sendinblue, because it is connected exclusivly to the forms, not to lists. The problem in that framework is, that it is not possible to get contacts reassigned in case they unsubscribed formerly. A reassign would only be possible by a new subscription via a Sendinblue form or per API programming. Both of these are no option for me.
