Connecting a KYC web form to Pipedrive using Zapier

I can see you reached out to our Support team and they confirmed that if the KYC form can send the data to a webhook URL, then a Zap would be able to trigger from that webhook and send the form submission data over to Pipedrive.

Quick answer on the webhook keys: you don't need them. In Zapier, add a 'Webhooks by Zapier' trigger and choose 'Catch Hook' — Zapier gives you a unique URL. Your developer just needs to send each form submission to that URL (most form tools can POST to a webhook, or fire it on submit). Then map the fields into Pipedrive's Create Person / Create Deal actions.

One thing I'd set up from day one with KYC forms: people resubmit. Add a 'Find Person' search step before the create step — if Pipedrive finds a match, update it instead of creating a new one. Saves you from duplicate contacts piling up.
