I am trying to create a Zap between Acuity Scheduling and Honeybook. When I get to the Action steps, there is a message on the Honeybook app that says “no action available.” I have called Honeybook and they say it is a Zapier issue. Thank you! I’m new here...
I am using the webhook zap to pull from a wordpress site into a google sheet. I am having an issue only returning the most recent row. It is only pulling all rows every zap. Any recommendations on how to just pull the most recent input? Thanks!
Is it possible to send a Google Calendar invite to people who are added to a Marketo Program//SFDC Campaign? And if so, is there visibility on who is in the calendar invite on my Gmail Account? I’m trying to automate calendar invites to people who sign up for events. But it has been requested by people in my company to be able to see who is on the iCal event. Ideally, I would like to automatically send and iCal invite to people who register, then also add those people to spreadsheet that I can share internally share (status would be cool, but I’ve read in a previous post that, that is not possible). Hi everyone! I have set up a zap that posts a threaded reply to any new messages created by a user in a specific public channel reminding them to use our new Slack workflow instead of making new posts.This works great, except the zap also triggers on any new threaded replies from users in that channel. I want the zap to only trigger when new messages are posted by users in the main channel, and not any threaded replies (since we still want to encourage discussion on posts created by our Slack workflow).I found a post on here that described the opposite problem (zap not running for threaded replies) but I’m hoping there is a solution for my use case. Zapier support used to be very reliable. Now, within the last several months, when I submit a ticket I don't even get a automated response back to the email address associated with my account.I’ve had this issue for several months now and 3-5 tickets have been left with no response at all. How do we get in touch with support on a Zap error?
I created a zap such that when an optin form is submitted on clickfunnels, they will be added to a campaign on projectbroadcast and also added as a client to a program on zapier. But an error keeps showing up that says 'the app returned 'no privilege to access user data'. What could this mean?
Hello, I have a specific scenario and cant seem to figure out how to set this up.so any support will be greatly appreciated. I am looking to meet the following scenario: 1. User 1 uploads a static PDF file with has various sales related information2. User 1 then adds 'number boxes' onto the PDF file which allows users to enter in number values into the boxes.3. User 1 sends the PDF file to User 24. User 2 opens the PDF file and enters values into the 'number boxes'5. User 2 sends the PDF file to User 36. User 3 opens the PDF file, makes amendments to the 'number boxes' if needed7. User 3 sends the PDF file back to User 28. User 2 opens the PDF file, reviews the information and any amendments made by User 39. User 2 'approves' the PDF file and its numbers and sends it to the supplier by email I know the above can be done by simply sending emails between the users with the files etc but we are doing that just now and getting lost on who has done what and what is required to do next on wh
I have the Zapier for WordPress plugin installed and activated. I have a custom post type and I need to be able to add a post from Zapier. When setting up the action, I can see the custom post type in the list, select it but it doesn’t fetch the custom fields.If I select a regular post, it does fetch the fields correctly so that functionality is working. I’m just at a loss as to how to get it to fetch the custom fields from a CPT.I’ve tried every setting for the CPT I can think of but, nothing works. Any help or suggestions gratefully received!
Problem:I have an online application where our clients fill out 150 fields that zaps into Salesforce (Create Record in Saleforce - Zap ) creating a new lead record. I have 149 fields populate except for one field that does not transfer information over from the zap which is a contact search field.GOAL: On the website application the user would type in the Brokers name in to the field, upon submission. The Zap would then bring the information into salesforce, search the Broker Contact Record Types, select the Broker if already in the system. If they are not found then the Zapier would create a new Broker Contact Record. Then populate the Broker field on new lead record that triggered the zap. The title probably didn’t make sense. Here’s what I want to do…I created a bot that posts a message to a special discord channel that contains: the current song, song artist, and length of a song that I am listening to on Spotify. Every time a message is posted to that channel in Discord, Zapier pulls that message content (which is good!). But I want to get the length of the song separately into zapier as well so that I can display the content for a certain amount of time and then remove it (the length of the song).Are there any substring() methods or string manipulation methods in Zapier that I can use to just get the END of the “content” that it pulls from discord?As you can see, it does provide a timestamp, but that doesn’t help because I would need a second timestamp of when the song ends to even think about using that method. So the only thing I can think of is to use the “Content” option and then extract text from it. Any ideas how to extract info out of the “content” field so th

Hi!I set up a zap between Teachable and MailerLite to place students who enroll in any of my courses into a subscriber group on MailerLite and that’s working well. This group is a general group for my school on Teachable where people will get updates about new courses, discounts, etc., so that’s fine.However, I want to also set up a zap where people who enroll in a specific course will go into a specific group on MailerLite. So, for example, if they enroll in my First to Final Draft course, rather than being sent to this general group, they will be sent to a specific FTFD group where they’ll get a sequence of emails related directly to their course content (and then I would funnel them into the general group through MailerLite).From what I could see with setting up the zap (I am on the free plan), I can only set it up so that they go into MailerLite if they enroll in any course, not a specific course. Is there a way I can set up a zap for specific courses to specific groups? Is that so
Hi All,I have a wordpress website setup for a local based store in my city. The type of product that customers purchase at this store take around 3 months to be ready for them to pick up. There is no privacy and they are making fun of a whole community through this method. We theorize that they got a user doing this for them, so does this means that bots such as Zapier work without having them on your own server? as long the other server that gets the info has it. Is there a way to get rid of this issue? The fact a community server can be compromised like this through only one user to another server seems like something very serious that can be used with malicious intents such as the situation my server is in. Questions:Does zapier works if its in the server that gets the information of the other server, while the server being compromised does not have the bot but a user serving as a bridge? Hi All, Now i have one issue, for the integration between HubSpot and Zoho Desk, I found that i can sync contact information from Hub>Zoho but associated company information cannot be synced. I found there is no feature to lookup the company(account) in Zoho Desk.. What my integration is: HubSpot > Zoho DeskContact A with Company A (Hub)> Contact A with Company A(Zoho)but the Company A in Zoho filed is left blank since i cant able to extract account/company information from Zoho. Hello, I am trying to search a group on Monday.com for a set of item names. Basically I need Zapier to CTRL-F my items names in a specific group for path step. When I go to set up the action, I get the Board ID, Item ID, and Column ID. Unfortunately I don’t need the column ID, and I need every item ID/item name. Then, later on I plan on comparing each name to a specific name and split paths from the result. Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
I am looking to see if an existing Zap can create a Doc or PDF from a scan of multiple items, specifically post cards. I plan to do the following: I get returned post card mailers that need to be scanned and then sent and want then all in on doc or one doc a week. They might be scanned on Evernote or if Google has a scan app or if I phones have a native scan app. Then, if say 10 pictures/scans are done, I'd like those to automatically go on to a Google Doc or maybe a PDF to then automatically be emailed. If anone knows of existing ZAP templates that do that with any of those apps, please comment.
