I have deleted a few custom fields in our Follow Up Boss account and added a few new custom fields but all of these are not updating in Zapier. Thus, I am unable to select the right field when setting up action to complete the zap.

Good question.

It can take some times for apps to sync these type of changes to their Zap app integration.

  • You can try waiting for some time, then trying again.
  • You can try using the refresh fields] in the Zap action.
  • You can try reconnecting the app connection: https://zapier.com/app/connections

 


Thanks @Troy Tessalone. I deleted the draft and started from scratch. That fixed the issue and updated the custom fields.
