Hey all! Didn’t really know how to look up why this is happening and by all accounts it shouldn’t, but let’s see what you have to say.

I created my first zap where someone who signs up for a Calendly slot has their info populate on a Monday.com board. The first zap I made had some errors, and there were things that didn’t translate over (couldn’t get the address question on Calendly to populate in an address spot on Monday, etc).

I currently have one zap active, and everything looks good. However, when it takes something from Calendly, it gives me the sub-items it’s programmed to populate AND gives me the subitems from the previous zap. I can tell it’s from the previous because I had a spelling error that I’ve since corrected.

Going through all my options, I can’t find any hint of where this still lives, and yet, somehow it does. Any thoughts?

Hi @KatieSedai

Good question.

Best to check your Zap Runs history details to see the data IN/OUT for each Zap step: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Also, check in Monday, if you have any configured automations: https://support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001222900-monday-com-Automations

Info about the Monday Location column: https://developer.monday.com/api-reference/docs/location

Troy, you are a genius and I’m slapping my forehead and feeling dumb for even having posted this question now.

Thank you. It was an old automation in Monday.
