Hi, we are sending mails in “CC” to the zapier mailparser. For further processing i would like to extract the original recipient the mail was send to. Unfortunately the original recipient is replaced by the mailbox and the original recipient is lost. Is there any workaround to get the real recipient for this mail.

What app is sending the emails to the Email Parser? (e.g. Gmail, Outlook)

 

Perhaps try using a different email parser: Mailparser

OR

You can try adjusting the forwarding rules in Gmail/Outlook.

You can try using custom Code to do the email parsing: https://zapier.com/apps/code/help

I took a quick peek and you’re right at the moment, EmailParser by Zapier doesn’t include the “all recipients" field in "New Email" trigger. 😔 There is a feature request for this though that I added your vote to! This will ensure you’re emailed if and when this gets implemented. We’ll also be sure to keep the topic updated.
