GDrive folder not creating when new trello card is added

Hi team! I’m trying to create a new google drive when I create a new trello card. I have the paid version of Zapier and a free version on Trello. But it is not triggering, when I create a new card nothing happens, I have to manually run the zap in order to work.

I read somewhere that zapier checks for new data every 15 mins on the free plan, but I don’t have the free plan. Please help :(

Hi @Resnix LLC

Good question.

The Trello New Card Zap trigger is scheduled meaning it can take form 1-15 minutes to trigger depending on  your Zapier plan: https://zapier.com/app/pricing

Check your Zap Runs after some time to see if the Zap triggered and for possible errors: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Hey @Resnix LLC! It looks like you were able to contact our support team, who replied back to you and said:

Taking a look at that Zap I see there are three runs in the Zap history from today.

Were those ones that were triggered automatically or did you send those through manually?

If you are still seeing cards moved that didn't trigger the Zap, can you send over a screenshot of one so I can take a look?

Once I have that I can continue to dig into this for you.

I also want to echo Troy’s reply as this sometimes ends up being the case:
