Hey Guys,Was just wondering if there was a way to integrate Facebook Appointment Setting (as a question within a lead form) and Google Calendar. Ideally I want people to fill out the lead form and when that question is answered regarding an appointment, can it be linked and zapped directly to a calendar? Thanks so much!
Acuity and Schedule Once integration cancellations
Hi all, I have successfully managed to link my Schedule Once and Acuity Calendars to a point where if a client books in through Schedule Once it’’ block time out of my acuity calendar. My question is, if someone cancels an appointment on schedule once - how can I zap this my Acuity Calendar? My only options seem to be to block off time, or add a package/coupon code.
Error: The App Returned "File not found" Due to Missing Google Sheet in My Drive
Hello.We migrated all of our information from one Google sheet to a newly created sheet in the same drive, so I had to update all of the information in approximately ten Zaps. It was able to load, and configure the column triggers, the new spreadsheet perfectly fine for the first seven Zaps, then on the eighth, after attempting to turn it on, it produced an error “The App Returned "File not found".After retracing my steps in the “New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets” trigger, the Spreadsheet could no longer be found! Even though I finalized all previous steps by locating it, it was no longer found. After going back into the previously updated Zaps, the sheet was no longer found either!I can manually add the “Spreadsheet ID” to the Custom spreadsheet field and it pulls the columns/information just fine, but when attempting to turn it on, it once again displays that same error.How does it locate the sheet perfectly fine and then just loses it when there have been no changes ma
How to format an order sent from shopify to asana.
I created a zap to create a task in Asana from a paid Shopify order. The only problem is that it isn't formatted in a way that is easy for our manufacturer to read. So my question is how can I create cleaner and organized task using the data from Shopify orders. I looked up solutions and found text to line item in an article but that option doesn't show up in Zapier formatter. Any advice on this? Thanks

I have tried to implement this with Teachable for one European country but it fails miserably and i need to redesign the course payment page and options for a B2B particularly small companies way. I am looking for a combination of apps and zaps that could give me this specific outcome. OUTCOME: A small company wants to buy one or multiple courses for their affiliates on my teachable school/and or my CLICK FUNNEL. The school needs to have all this perks : it needs to receive a receipts with the school VAT number, name and address for the total amount paid and for each or the courses bought. ---→ this is currently not easy or not possible in Teachable Europe as the combine together the buyer and the course attendee into one single persona. The company needs to enroll one or more affiliates to the course but they do not want to have the billing information and billing persona the same as the actual enrolled students. Zap triggers multiple times from single webhook that’s received
Hi,I have a zap that sends out a welcome email to the subscriber once they registered. However, lately I noticed that 6 of the same emails are being sent. Is this a bug? I double checked my zap and confirmed only 1 email should be sent out. Do you have any similar experience and found a fix on this? thank you.
Updated Gravity Form Fields Not Showing In Zapier?
I have a Zap that connects a Gravity Form in WordPress to a Google Sheet. It is working fine, however, I added some new fields to the Gravity Form and corresponding fields to my Google Sheet. When i go back to update the Zap, the Google Sheet Column name shows up but I do not see the corresponding Gravity Form field to insert. And...Some old fields that I deleted from the Gravity Form still appear. Any suggestions? Thank you.
How do you set targeted inventory on a Shopify ZAP when creating a new product?
I need to auto create new products in Shopify from a Data export in Google Sheets.It’s working up to the point of stock Quantity.The issue is there is no where to stipulate Tracked Inventory in creating a product and so I am unable to set the Quantity of the new product until the product is marked as so.Should I use a WEB HOOK API in between creating a product and setting inventory or is there a simpler way to do it?
Mailchimp & Monday.com zap work only on while testing
Hey, I have set up a zap for the migration of Mailchimp contact form subscribers detail to monday.com.I chose this instant trigger that works well while testing it -But after I published and turned on the zap it doesn’t seem to run. Hello!Everyday I am looking at the stock levels of our products and everyday I create a new worksheet with the stock alerts on GoogleSheet. New Contact in Planfix
I hope some one work with zapier and planfix. When I choose Action New Contact in Planfix and reach step Set up action there are a lot of fields but some of them are extra and some I whished to add. I hoped that set of fields is changing when I choose a template http://joxi.net/J2bPNgJigXN6DrBut it didn’t happen. So I’m wondering if i can customize these fields?
Clickfunnels / Zapier Issues
Has anyone else struggled with Zapier and clickfunnels? I’ve sent up two different Zaps for two different funnels and one of the Zaps has been extracted data from the other funnel even though it hadn’t be set up to that funnel. Almost like Zapier had mixed up the two Zaps? Embarassing as customers have been sent emails from Companies they didn’t sign up with
Monday columns not populating
I am having a problem getting the Monday.com boards to populate. I have connected Acuity scheduling to Moday.com and used my API key. But only one column is populating when a new item is created from the trigger. I have paired the Monday column values with the Acuity information I want to populate. Any suggestions on how I might fix this issue?Set up action for Monday.com new item
SimplyBook to JotForm
We are using SimplyBook for our online booking platform and would like to create a zap to transfer client records into forms (which we want to create) which our staff will use as part of the service. MS Teams integration with Things 3
I would like to be able to send a message from Teams to Things 3 as a task. Ideally, the trigger would be saving the message, but that trigger is not available in the workflow build. I realize I can use the Outlook integration to then email to Things, but it’s cumbersome. Anyone have any other ideas?
