Hello!I’m hoping someone can answer this as I couldn’t quite find what I’m looking for.We have a questionnaire send out to clients that when it comes back, we have it change the status of the event they’re booked for using a Zap.We also have one that does the same with a fully paid invoice, but what I’m running into is that if someone pays the bill before they complete the questionnaire, the status change will be out of order.I can fix the status name, of course, to make it not matter for order, but it would be much simpler if I could have a trigger be conditional like “If the questionnaire is complete, AND the invoice is fully paid, then the status changes to “Ready.” If someone has solution to this, I’d be so appreciative! I’ve been racking my brain for hours today trying to figure it all out.
We have a spreadsheet set up in excel/sharepoint and want to have our team input data there that would go into a custom master dashboard in Google Sheets.Each employee would have their own row to enter their KPI in a column once a week and it would be then zapped to the corresponding cell in the master company dashboard which is on Google Sheets. Please advise the best way to do this as new to zaps.Appreciate it!
I am trying to test out Zapier to see if it will help our organization but I am unable to add a connection to ConnectWise Manage. We are using multifactor authentication for ConnectWise Manage and when I try to add the connection, I never get the prompt to approve the login and it just times out. Any direction would be helpful.
Hi there,I took over a Zapier account from my predecessor when I started at a new company a couple of months ago, and the only Zap that he set up is now failing, as the Google Sheets columns don’t all map to the correct places.Currently, many of the variables used within the Description field that used to pull through correctly from respective cells in the Google sheet now show as “no data” (please see screenshot attached)Is there any way I can manually map the data to the correct variables, so that they will populate the Trello card?Apologies if I’ve missed anything off — please give me a nudge if that is the caseThanks in advance,Paul
I am having trouble connecting Zapier to our jira instance because when it asks for login information it tells me that my credentials are incorrect, but I think this is because we go through google to log into JIRA? Can someone help me figure out how to connect Zapier to my JIRA while using my Google login? :)

Hello all, I’m trying to send Jira service desk tickets to zohodesk via zapier and i have some troubles with the “contact Id” fields on zohodesk side. For every tests i do i get this error message “ The app returned "The data is invalid due to validation restrictions".According to support zapier this message concern the “contact id” field. I have tried to submit my zohodesk ID ==> FailedI have tried to submit my email address ==> FailedI have tried to submit my name and surname in plain text ==> Failed Is anyone has an idea to help me please ? I am trying to put a menu into a google sheets file where my client can access the sheets file online and make instant changes. I was able to achieve integrating zapier to make changes to menu items but there are two things I just can’t figure out:I am trying to figure out a way to delete cms items through the google sheets, I have no idea where to even start with this. 2. ( The most important) Whenever I create a new cms item with a new row in sheets, it does create a cms item and makes it go live, but I cannot figure out a way to have that new item send over that newly created ITEM ID over to the excel sheet. Please help thank you.
microsoft office 365 calendar zap is creating duplicates when events are updated out of google calendar
i have a zap that looks at my google calendar and create/updates events in microsoft office 365 calendar. when an event is updated in google, it creates a duplicate in O365 vs just updating it. any ideas?I’m using New or Updated Event as the Trigger. maybe just use New event as the trigger? are events automatically updated when they change, thus making “new or updated event” redundant?

I want zapier to send me notifications on Slack when an event from google calendar starts. It seems like for this use-case read permission for google calendar should be enough but zapier asks for editing and deleting. Doesn’t google calendar have an option for see permissions only? If it does what’s the reason for edit permissions in this case?
Hello, I am trying to use the app Smtp by Zapier to be able to send emails through the companies email in a zap.We use nominalia webmail. The smtp config:smtp-es.securemail.pro SSL/TLSPort 465 When trying to do the connection we receive a message “authentication failed:Connection unexpectedly closed: timed out. Even if it takes a while trying to connect, zapier suggests that the time out time is to low on our side but our email provider says it is nothing they can solve. Looking for help in this issue.
Hi All! My organization uses SmartSheet to track projects and collaborate. What we want to do is use Box as a document recepticle so that we can stop relying so heavily on email. What this means is that we want updates in SmartSheet to be reflected in Box, and viceversa. Ideally it would look like the following actions and triggers: Rows Added to SmartSheet → Folder created in Box. This is a Zapier that I was able to successfully create. Where I’m running into problems is the below: Files added to row in SmartSheet → Files added to folder in Box with the same nameThe reason we don’t want to link through Box directly is because we’re dealing with hundreds of files for dozens of organizations daily, and the Box integration through SmartSheet requires you to go down the folder path to choose the folder you want. We’re hoping this Zap will be able to auto-add files to the appropriate folders since we don't really reference the folders at present, but for documentation sake would be good
Hi Expert, i have a zap connect google sheet and quickbooks. by using the information from google sheet row and create product/service in quickbooks And i use the action “Get Many Spreadsheet Rows (Advanced, With Line Item Support)”, and the output with test and view is good for me however, when i try to create the product in quickbooks, i cant not find the by column value but just return the “rows” with a long strings, like below, make i know how to create the item itemizer by row??thanks!!
Hello,my problem is a Zap between Microsoft To Do and Evernote.Since I’m forced to use Microsoft To Do, I want to extract all Tasks to my Evernote Note, which I’m using most for my workflow. Extracting Tasks (titles, dates, notes and so on) is no problem, but the “Steps” or subtasks, which can be many, are not listed as trigger items. Is there a way to get those subtasks triggered? Thanks for your help!
