I need your help.
My current Zap looks like this:
1. New entry in Typeform = Trigger, when user completes the Typeform survey
2. Create Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets - To transfer all data from typeform to google sheet once the user completes the survey
3. Text formatter by Zapier - to extract the email from my Typeform survey
4. Send email in Gmail - Once user submits the Typeform survey, they get a confirmation email sent from my Gmail account
I'm experiencing 2 issues:
1. I can't sent confirmations emails to users after they complete the survey on my typeform form
2. The data from the Typeform doesn't go to my google sheet
I’m not experienced with this so would absolutely appreciate your help.
