How do I format text in a Zap to appear bold and underlined in a Jira description field?

Hi,

I am looking for assistance around formatting when I submit a record, via Zapier, to Jira.

I want to format the text in the description field so that in Jira it is formatted nicely. For example, in this image I would like ‘Change Overview’ to be bold and underlined, and ‘Title of Change’ to be bold.

Could someone please suggest how I would do this?
