Stripe order not triggering Zap to send email in Flodesk
Hi there, my Stripe zap is not working and executing with Flodesk despite running a test zap and it working. Nothing is logged in the zap history either. I am not sure why the test works but live result doesn’t. I’ve been struggling for hours Can someone please advise? Thank you so much! Also of note that I use SquareSpace for collecting orders. So once a user submits an order the order gets sent to Stripe and from there I want them to get a Flodesk email that puts them into my workflow.
Invite link for custom KV Core integration not working
I messaged Zapier customer service about this issue but they never respond to me so I’m hoping the community can help. I’m looking at sending information from Podio to KV Core which is what realtors use as their CRM. Is this possible?I’ve seen a custom made integration to KV Core but when I click the invite link it just takes me back to the homepage where my zaps are. Pipedrive “The app did not respond in-time” error
Hi,All of my automations with pipedrive has been stopped last week. I don’t understand what is the problem. The error message is "Trigger partner failure: The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.". What does it mean ? What sould I change ?Thanks in advance for your help.
Error "Trigger partner failure: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0"
Hello, I do have a few zaps and for any reason I got the following error message starting a few days ago and I do not know what is causing the issues: Trigger partner failure: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0 I already checked all connections to all apps I use within the Zaps and I checked the Zaps but I really do not see why I do this error now. Everything worked without any problems. Is this an authentication problem or something like that? I am really stuck here. Thanks for help, Michael

Everything is fine but we receive "Zap Could Not Be Switched On"
Our hook triggers are no longer working, Although every test works fine, when we try to turn on the zap, it disables in approximately 1 second and when we refresh the page it automatically deactivates. And I receive email as:“Unfortunately your Zap could not be switched on. Please try enabling it again, and if you still experience issues, get help. Thanks,The Zapier Team”The problem is we do not change anything with our zaps but the same zaps not working for 15 days (Possible problem is we do not receive bundle.targetUrl)How can I solve this issue
Trouble Using INDIRECT ROW Method to Insert Dynamic Formula with VLOOKUP
I’m hoping to use INDIRECT and ROW in a formula to get around the fact that new rows do not copy down formulas. I was able to get this method to work for one formula but I have another formula that it’s not working on. No error is given, just a blank value.=IFNA(VLOOKUP(INDIRECT("D" & ROW(),'Shipped Orders'!B:X,23,FALSE),""))I’ve tried it every which way with no dice. Any formula pros know what’s going on?
'@' symbol bug with Inserted data
Hi everybody! Today I faced the problem with Inserting Data in my message. My zap needs to send a message to slack with some inserted data(username). So in a message, I need to write @+(username) to push this user. But seems like when I write @ symbol and Insert data in the same field — it just deletes Inserted data! That’s funny, because it worked just fine yesterday, but not today. Is it me or something happening with Zapier today?
Azure SQL timeout errors
Ever since the email about the outage on 9th July (Maybe coincidence ), I’ve been receiving a high volume of following issue. there is no pattern to error or Zap. MSSQL: Trigger partner failure: Timeout reached while attempting to read from the target database. Please see The database is connected to Zapier, no setting have been changed on database side and the data within the database is small 1% of 2GB DB. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Hi,It’s been 10 days that i am trying to resolve a problem about connecting My facebook leads to gmail and i have shared the problem with zapier team so many times. The response is so poor that i cann one response after following 3-4 days and that also incomplete.I am trying to connect my 2nd facebook business account. The zap is showing all fine but every time it ask me to connect my facebook account again. Error with QB Connection - Trigger partner failure
I am receiving this error and I have no clue what it means. Things were working fine and then suddenly I get these errors. Can someone shed some light? I am trying to run a test for Clickfunnels (to link to Thinkific). I have 2 other zaps that work, but this one is not.The connection is good.The funnel is goodThe step is goodI have a few test purchases, but none are getting through. I have tried testing within a minute and waiting 12 hours. I have used different test ‘names & emails”.The other two zaps are also with Clickfunnels, on the same funnel (different steps). Zap Error: The app returned "Forbidden" (Basecamp to Gtask)
I’ve successfully created zaps from basecamp to Google tasks before but this one is not working. Firebase/Zapier not finding recent records
Hello, I reported this issue to support but it is jut not working for me that they answes after several hours and that the initial response doesn’t even make sense. I have a Zap to bring data from Firebase but it is not finding recent records. I saw someone else posted the issue but there was no real guidance on this. The only thing the documentation mentions is this: our records need to be ordered lexicographically or by priority so new records appear at the top.A simple way to accomplish this is by calling setWithPriority and using Firebase.ServerValue.TIMESTAMP to order by timestamp.But that’s not helping either.Any guidance on this? Thanks
Bug with "Get Many Spreadsheet Rows (Advanced, With Line Item Support)"???
It seems like there is bug with the "Get Many Spreadsheet Rows (Advanced, With Line Item Support)" action in the Google Sheets app or it is either poorly named and described. The description says "Returns many rows (20 max.) as a single JSON value and flat rows (line items)".Based on this description I would expect that I can access the 20 line items in subsequent actions similar to the 10 line items (max) I can access when using the "Find Many Spreadsheet Rows (With Line Item Support)" action through the “RowsCol$x” values (see second image).However, when I go to pull the line items in in subsequent actions I only see two string fields "Rows" and "Raw Rows" containing the row information, the columns are not individually accessible and will need an intermediary parsing steps to extract the column values.Can you please tell me if this is expected behavior or if this is a bug?Data available from Get Many Spreadsheet Rows (Advanced, with Line Item Support)Data available from Find Many Sp
New bug with Slack DM action (custom username)?
I have a workflow in which I need to notify certain users via Slack when something happens. I have stored these slack user IDs in a global variable (using the Storage action). I can pull the slack user IDs just fine; when I test the Get Value action, the correct value is returned.However, when I set up a step to send a DM to the user via Slack, the step won’t let me continue to the test screen. The variable is clearly being pulled into the username field just fine, but the Continue button is grayed out. I tried setting the username to a direct reference to a username (using the To Username tab to select a user, rather than the Custom tab to pull in my variable). That works fine. If I do that, and then switch to Custom, pulling in my variable, it looks like it works fine and I can click the Continue button. But when I test, it’s sending to the directly-selected username, rather than the variable. If I click back on the Set Up Action section of the Slack step, I see the directly-selected
Zap between Wix and Google sheet is not working
Previously I had some zaps to connect wix form submission with google sheet, where everytime a client submit the form it will automatically update that submission as a new row in a google sheet.But since last week where my tasks maxed out for 1 day on 31 Dec, that zap stops working after the tasks resets in 1 Jan 2021. I have tried to reset the zap, or use a new zapier account/new wix account, but it does not seem to work anyway. However, all other zaps that is not related to wix are working after the tasks are reset. So I highly doubt that it is the bug between Wix and Zapier where Zapier does not receive data from Wix.Please if there is someone with similar issue to share with me how do you solve it in the end, as I have to manually key in all the data for now.
