I am using a zap to connect a planning center form to a google sheet, and it creates a new row for every form that is submitted.

Most of the questions are working, but there are a few question on the form that when I link to the zap, they will not transfer over the answers that were submitted. It leaves the column blank every time. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

If some answers from your Planning Center form aren't making it to Google Sheets via your Zap, check that the test submission included responses for those questions and that the fields aren't part of grouped or repeatable sections (which may need extra handling). Ensure the fields are correctly mapped in your action step and that your Google Sheet has properly labeled columns set up in advance. A quick refresh, like reloading sample data or toggling the Zap occasionally, can also help resolve things. Still stuck? Share an obscured (blurred) screenshot, and we'll take a look.
