I am looking to do a loop from the Excel Find Rows Action, but what I end up getting is all of the rows in one. Looking for any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Here is the data out from find rows
Then I have the loop from the items, I am using the Action “Create Loop from Line Items”
and the data out for the loop you can see all of the rows data all in one.

Hi @campos
Help us have more info by posting screenshots showing how your Excel Zap step is configured in the CONFIGURE tab.
Hi Troy below is the configure setup for the Find Rows
Thanks.
@campos
Try changing this setting to the default option. (screenshots)
Changed that up and the Data Out in the Find Rows steps looks good.
But then on the Data In for the loop step is combined them all together.
I don’t know if it matters but I have the spreadsheet in SharePoint I may try and connect it through OneDrive in my personal files.
@campos
Post screenshots showing how the full structure of the data is returned from Excel. (scroll up in your screenshot)
Got it working! I moved the Excel file to OneDrive and didn’t connect it through SharePoint and everything is working correctly. I am curious if the version of Excel on SharePoint is different than in the OneDrive, but either way I was successful with the Zap I was trying to make.
Troy, really appreciate your help in troubleshooting, it got me to a resolution!
Thanks so much for following up here to share how you solved it, @campos! And a big thank you to Troy for all his help in troubleshooting this—love it! 🤗

I’d have thought that the structure of the data returned would be the same regardless of whether the file was stored in OneDrive or Sharepoint. Looking at your previous screenshot it appears that Looping action was not retested after you changed the If multiple search results setting, as it’s showing it was last tested 9 hours prior: So it could just be that it was just old test data being displayed there. In any case, I’m super glad you were able to get it sorted! 🙌
Seems you’re all set for now, but please do reach back out if you need help with anything else. In the meantime, happy Zapping! ⚡
