Zap steps:

1) Email parser/New Attachment - successful, it’s pulls the email

2) Formatter/Import CSV file - successful. It extracts all of the rows and fields from my CSV. (See Screenshot 1 below)
3) Google Sheets/Clear Spreadsheet rows (wipes out old data in my Google Sheet) - successful
4) Google Sheets/Create Multiple Spreadsheet Rows - This is the problem. When I try to map the data pulled in the Formatter which shows the headers for all 30 fields (columns) in the csv, 9 of the fields do not show in the attachment list of fields so I can’t map them. They are just missing. They vary in type so for example: State/Province, Work Location, Status, etc, Termination Date. (See Screenshot 2 bleow) These are all fields that contain data for rows although some fields would be blank for some rows. They are different field types, etc. I can’t see a pattern as to why these don’t show up. I have been everywhere looking for an answer. Would so appreciate some insight. Thanks in advance to someone who can help.

Hi @CindyMack
Try searching/scrolling to find the variable to map.

Try using this Zap action: Files by Zapier - Line Items from CSV

@Troy Tessalone Troy, thanks so much for getting back to me so quickly. Adding Files by Zapier fixed worked! Able to get all the fields. You are awesome. Thanks again!

Wow! Thank you for confirming that Troy’s resolution got the Zap running. This will significantly help our Community members to have as a reference for the same issue.
