Email Parser mailbox missing portions of email

I am having emails in my Gmail account from eBay forwarded to my parser mailbox. All of the emails contain a tracking number which is hyperlinked to eBay’s website. If I manually forward the email to my mailbox, the tracking number shows up in the parser, however when I set up auto-forwarding the parser for some reason doesn’t include the tracking number. 

For example, the line will say “Tracking number: “ followed by the tracking number, however when I auto forward the emails the parser mailbox only shows “Tracking number” followed by the hyperlink html code, but no tracking number (and the tracking number isn’t in the hyperlink either so I can’t pull it from there).

 

Has anyone had such an issue with the parser mailbox? I tried both html and text-only body types and same issue. Support told me it’s a known issue, but no timeframe on fixing it. 

 

The only workaround I can think of would be to have the emails forwarded from my Gmail account to another email address that can then forward a plain-text version of the email to the parser mailbox. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi ​@StamGoods 

That is likely due to either a changed email template or that the email parser rules were configured with a different email template than is actually received.

 

Honestly, I’d do this for your email parsing.
