Hello community,
I am experiencing an authentication error when my agent tries to create a note in Pipedrive. The error message is:
"Authentication with ID [number] either doesn't exist or is not visible to the provided user"
I have already:
- Reconnected my Pipedrive account in Zapier
- Confirmed I have admin permissions in Pipedrive
- Ensured all required fields are filled
Please help me resolve this so my agent can add notes to Pipedrive deals automatically.
