Trouble configuring Webflow forms in Zapier

I did some digging into this, and it seems like there are 2 possible causes:

1) This is the most common cause:
 
You need to publish the form on the site (in the picture, you can tell it's published due to the green rocket icon) and submit an entry. You can check for submissions by clicking here in the Dashboard:

 
 
 
You can see submissions at the bottom of the page. Also, you can rename the form here. 
 
 
2) Additionally, it could be that the form is already integrated with another service, like Mailchimp. You will need to disconnect that integration from within Webflow and make sure it's published and has a submission (as explained above) for it to show up in Zapier.
 
Once these are confirmed, the form should be pulled in. If you still see an issue, please send me a screenshot of the published Form you want to pull in here so I can dig in. Please also ensure you are connected to the same Webflow account in the Zap.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Since the previous suggestions didn't resolve the issue, contacting our Zapier support would help troubleshoot further. Specifically, identifying the Zap in question, the apps involved, any error messages received, and steps already attempted will provide better insight. Sharing screenshots or logs further clarifies the problem, allowing for a more precise solution.

Thanks for the update, ​@hunter_zaps_9! Sorry to hear Ken’s suggestion didn’t work as hoped.

As a workaround, I’d suggest select the Custom value option for that Form field, and enter the ID of the form. Often that sort of approach will allow an field’s option to be selected even if it’s not loaded in the dropdown menu.

Can you give that a try and let me know how it goes?
