Question

Automation for lead ads from Meta not working correctly

I am trying to connect Zapier to my Meta Lead form and the entire connection show successful with zero issues - it is also an instant trigger, when testing the lead the lead goes through but everytime once I publish the zap - no new leads come through.

Also if I use the zap to transfer existing data it creates duplicates for the same lead in the google sheet 3-4 times so I am not understanding where this is going wrong.

Hi @Jimit Shah Bombay Blokes

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Help links for using the apps in Zaps:

Hey there, @Jimit Shah Bombay Blokes 👋

How are things progressing with this?

If the new leads still aren’t triggering the Zap, I’d suggest checking out our Facebook Lead Ads: Zap not triggering guide—it gives details on how to fix that type of issue.

With the issue of the lead data being duplicated when transferred to Google Sheets, when you review the lead records for the transfer are they all unique or are there duplicates there as well? If there are duplicates shown there, then that could be why there are duplicates being added to the spreadsheet.

If there aren’t any duplicate lead records, can you share some further screenshots as Troy mentioned so we can take a closer look at the setup of that Google Sheets action to see what might be causing the duplicates? Make sure to blur/remove any personal info (names, emails etc.) before sharing—you can use a tool like Zappy for that.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
